Description of Work: My wife and I had been trying to have a wall removed and most contractors wanted me to open the wall 1st before they would even give me a estimate. Bruce came in was a straight shooter and when I told him I wanted a permit encouraged me to get one for piece of mind and safety. We had reliance in our home and they were clean,thorough and efficient. I give reliance my highest recommendation and look forward to using their services in the near future.

Description of Work: i needed a ceiling in the kitchen replaced. I had purchased a coupon that was for 50% off so they gave an estimate of the amount of work they could do under the coupon . They were able to replace the entire kitchen ceiling stripping out the previous one and taking out one can fixture I no longer wanted. We did the sanding and painting after that was not covered under the coupon. they were very nice and polite and very helpful in explaining the process.

Description of Work: After meeting with 4 other contractors to get quotes on my project, I engaged Ben from Reliance Remodeling 1 week ago for a quote on repainting a large bonus room and applying wainscoating in a long upstairs hallway with stairs and multiple corners. Ben was punctual and took time to understand both of my projects. He provided me with a quote to perform the work onsite, measured and let me know the amount of wood trim and paint which would be required and we agreed to start the project 4 days later. Ben communicated arrival times and brought in his team to begin the project on Tuesday of this week. They worked fast and performed very intricate trim designs that showed planning and pride in their work. 3 days later, then were finished and we jointly inspected the work. Ben and Reliance Remodeling were by far the easiest people I have worked with for any home remodeling project. I value good communication, responsiveness (which is hard to find in this line of work), and quality at a reasonable price. Ben and Reliance Remodeling met all of these criteria and I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Ben Motamedi came in and did a review of our bathroom, listened to our thoughts, and offered some insights, and then as promised two weeks later we received a 3D representation of the design, along with a detailed pricing sheet.

Description of Work: We set up an appointment and we waited, but the consultant did not show up. We didn't receive a phone call, so we cancelled and received a refund. Turned out that we were E-mailed by the consultant a couple days before to reschedule because he couldn't make it that day. I don't access my E-mail every day, so I did not receive it. He said that he had tried calling me, but my phone was disconnected. It wasn't. He said my phone number was not listed right on my profile, but it seems he transposed two digits and that's why he couldn't contact me and got a disconnected message.

Description of Work: We wanted an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Having 3-D renderings would really help us see the final product.

Description of Work: I bought the $4999 bath remodel Big Deal. It included complete removal of old fixtures, vanity and flooring, installation of a new tub,toilet,vanity, mirror, and lights as well as tile for the shower and floor and painting.

Description of Work: They did a bathroom remodel. They made our old 60s bath and a half into a wonderful spa bathroom.

Description of Work: Reliance Remodeling completed a bathroom remodel for us. They did a demo down to the studs, added a new subfloor, replumbed, added all new electrical, a new vent with exhaust to the roof, lighting, marble tile floor, new tub with enclosed shower, double sink and toilet. They painted, added new mouldings and installed the glass shower enclosure. The plumbing was complicated with a diverter and hand shower. They even took an antique piece of furniture and converted it into a vanity for us with double vessel sinks. They advised us on the design and were very attentive to detail.

Description of Work: Ben and his guys removed the vanity and the toilet. They moved the plumbing from the floor to the wall, added shut off valves, hooked up the new vanity, plumbed it, hooked up the new toilet, installed light fixture, added the medicine cabinet, fixed holes in the walls and skimcoated the plaster walls.
