About us

We are a full service Residential Sales and Property Management Company what has been in business since 2002 that works within Keller Williams Consultants Realty. We currently manage roughly 150 single family homes and condo's. Our dedicated and professional team consists of a full time accounts receivable/payable admin, full time leasing agent, full time buyers agent, full time maintenance manager, a full time marketing/transaction coordinator and team manager. We understand when managing investment property that we need to protect the investment and our owners wallets. So we do this by doing semi annual inspections on all of our properties, strive to keep vacancy at a minimum, maintain rental rates at or above market prices all while offering discounted rates from our core vendors and subcontractors. Our management books are completely transparent and owners can log into their account ledger at any time. We will also customize our services to best fit the needs of our clients. We offer home seller and home buyer representation as well as residential property management services which includes purchasing, managing, renovating and selling. We tend to pride ourselves on the ability to help you find, renovate, lease, manage and eventually sell investment real estate.

We do not manage commercial, industrial or retail property. We also do not represent buyer or sellers of these types of properties unless of course It is commercial residential property.
