Not sure where to start. Pros: 1. Great workmanship 2. Quality wood 3. Fencing guys where amazing Cons: 1. Took over 3 months for project to start after full $20,000 payment was made 2. Sales rep never secured the waiver to run my deck to the property line. 3. Deck was cut back from 10' to 5' but only $3,000 of the $10,000 total for this deck was returned. 4. Deck crew arrived by 9am, smoked a joint in the car until 9:30 then started work 5. Deck crew wrapped up every day no later than 2:30pm 6. Deck crew took a minimum of 4 breaks between 930 and 230 to smoke additional joints 7. Decking manager was constantly complaining about the customer while onsite. He made comments such as "if my dogs acted like that I would kill them." Referring to my dogs barking at them. He also talked about me walking around my yard with no shoes on and dog poop everywhere. Prior to this install my dogs went out on a chain 1 by 1, I know how far the chain goes out and always stopped before reaching that point barefoot. 8. Deck manager out right lied to the zoning manager telling him I said my property line was farther away than it was. 9. Deck project got put on hold due to lack of getting the exception and the deck being 1/2 built 1' over the property line. 10. Took over 2 months to get refund due to communication issues in their office 11. The delay ruined our birthday party we had scheduled for our son 12. $0.00 was given as compensation for all their screwups. There where many more issues but not enough room to add them all. I do NOT recommend this company.

We signed with Lowes-Toledo,OH for the installation of a $12,000.00 vinyl fencing job in February, 2024. The job was contracted out to R.E. Connors Construction who, we now learn, does all the Lowes fencing work in Ohio. The job was started in late March,2024. After many ugly errors in the install, the "repair" date was moved to late June. Some work was done but the crew didn't have necessary tools to finish. We were told that's all this particular crew does is go around the state fixing botched jobs. Here we are into July 2024. We are tired of the poor communication between Lowes-Ohio Installation Teams and R.E.Connors representatives. We were told July 6 for the final repair. No one showed. One Connors rep recently said the crews don't work on Saturdays and yet the last crew was at our home June 29, a Saturday. I strongly suggest, if buying a fencing job through Lowes in Ohio, that you predetermine who the install contractor will be. You will need all the patience you can find!

Company is a complete dumpster fire. $18,000 fence, 7 months later and it’s still not fully done. Take your business somewhere else.

R.E. Connors sent amateurs to complete a fencing job assigned to them by Lowe's. The communication between Lowe's and Connors is non existent. Nobody ever seems to know what is going on. The ball was dropped SO MANY times. It takes the customer to stay on top of the contractor and Lowe's to get anything done. It's October 2022, fence was installed wrong in May and the problem is still ongoing. Horrible company.

This place is a joke. I paid Lowe's $17K in April, product came to the store in May. Permits were done by June. I was told my Deck would be completed in July. Someone dropped the ball, and I was scheduled in October. Within the month of October, I was rescheduled 4 times without notice. Then they needed to submit a design change, which took them until November 16th to send that change to the city. The city approved it within 24 hours. I called Re Connors back on November 29th to tell them they needed to pay the city $75 to receive the approved permit change. They did. I then called back at least 6 times to try to get scheduled again. No one answers, and when they do, no one takes action. It's now December 6th. I've had product sitting in my driveway for 2 months and still no install date. I'm on the phone with Lowe's refunding the whole thing. I should have hired someone else. Communication is poor, customer service is poor, and I never got what I paid for. Take your business elsewhere.

The project went great. I was in constant communication with Thomas regarding the status of the install and if there were any issues he ran into (weather). I'd highly recommend them for any fencing project.
