+ -1 moreRC Pools was very punctual, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. It turned out great. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They repaired all the vermiculite in my pool and replaced the liner in my inground Pool. This was after another company tore out the liner in November and then abandoned it.

Description of Work: I had several problems with my pool losing water. Robert came over and actively listened to my description of the problem. Within a few minutes he found the problem and fixed it.

Description of Work: I could not have asked for better service. I just called this morning, our skimmer was not working. I left a vm and he responded within two hours and went to our home shortly there after. Some gaskets were loose on the pump, they were tightened and our issue was immeidately resolved. I will not hesitate in calling RC Pools for the closing of our pool this fall and the reopening next summer. Very impressed!

+ -1 moreMy swimming pool's operational system slowly stopped working. In the heat of the summer, the water turned into a nasty state of green slime. I had several friends over to look at it who are very knowledgeable in pool maintenance and they could not repair it. After two weeks of attempts, I still could not get it working properly. When I returned from vacation and went through my mail, I had an advertisement from R. C. Pools in Columbus, OH. I had not heard of this company before and they were located only 20 minutes from my house. Dreading the phone call that I knew would cost me more money than I could afford, "Rob" answered the phone immediately and said they could come to look at the pool in 1-2 hours. WOW!! They were very honest and told me that all I needed was a new filter cartridge. Their charge......$20 for gas money!!!!! Pool is looking beautifull!!! They could have scammed me into to parts that I didn't need. Instead, they told me the cheapest options to begin with. I will be keeping this pool company for all my future needs.
Description of Work: R. C. Pools serviced my swimming pool's operational system to determine why there was not enough pressure reaching the return lines. They evaluated my total system to located the problem. They removed the old filter cartridge and evaluated the entire filter. They checked all the lines to make sure they were working properly. Let me add that this was done in 90 degree weather!!!! They found and fixed the problem within an hour!!!
