+ -1 moreCalled Ralph for a quote and he came over that evening. He was very polite and responsive and had a lot of good ideas that showed me he was experienced. He called the next day with what seemed to be a very reasonable quote. I ended up going with a friend of the family to reduce costs but I seriously considered hiring Ralph.

+ -1 moreRALPH WAS VERY POLITE AND AN OVERALL NICE PERSON. HIS BROTHER WAS REFERRED TO US BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND HIS BROTHER GAVE US MR. RAPHAEL. IF YOU WANT A JOB JUST DONE, THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY. IF YOU ARE A STICKLER FOR DETAIL AND WANT AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED. DAMAGED THE KITCHEN SINK BY NOT COVERING THE FLOOR DURING CEILING TEAR OUT. HE DID REPLACE THE SINK AT HIS COST, THOUGH. IN GENERAL, AVERAGE WORK THAT WILL LEAVE THE DETAIL-ORIENTED UNSATISFIED.
Description of Work: TEAR OUT OF KITCHEN CEILING & DRYWALL, CEILING & WALL IN BATHROOM.

+ -1 moreI NEEDED TO HAVE A REPAIR DONE QUICKLY AND RALPH GAVE ME TWO OPTIONS AS FAR AS COST AND THEN DID THE WORK IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION, I DID NOT GET TO SEE THE FINISHED WORK SO I DIDN'T RATE THE QUALITY.
