Radico was great! We were in a bind because our house was burgled while in contract, just after we moved out. We needed the pipes replaced FAST. They were super helpful, very communicative, and did high quality work. They replaced all the exposed pipes that were stolen, along with washer / dryer hook-ups and a utility sink.

Mr Radico (I have no idea of your name) was great. He worked really hard and I was very happy with the quality and timeline of the work achieved. I will definitely use you again for any plumbing needs.

Prompt service. Price comparable to other plumbers I have used. Friendly and did a very nice job.

This job took 5 minutes at the most and then they charged $65 for the hourly rate and then a $40 trip charge. After the job was so easy the plumber stalled around and kept asking questions. He then had to call his office for the price. He kept waiting and stalling. I should have figured there might be a problem. Then he said it would be $105. I immediately called the office back to speak with the person and they said she was out to lunch. I left a message describing the problem and she still has not returned my call. When I called in the service call I did not say it was an emergency and I did not ask for someone to come out right away. But she said someone was available and she would send someone within the hour. I have used Radico before and was happy and never charged this much ever. We are moving to a new house and I think when they see the moving sign they think they can screw you. Luckily, I'm not leaving town like some poor people that they might want to take advantage of.

I thought I had a leak, but they told me it was just the tile that needed to be sealed. I appreciate their honesty. I've worked with them in the past, and they've been good to us!

GREAT TO DEAL WITH. BOB WAS PROMPT AND GOT THE QUOTE BACK QUICKLY. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED IN 1/2 A DAY LESS THAN THE QUOTE AND THE PRICE WAS ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THAT WITHOUT MY HAVING TO ASK.

FOUND SOME PARTS THAT WERE NOT SUSPECT IN THE LEAK AS DEFINITE FUTURE PROBLEMS, (ROTTING METAL, AND NON-FITTING PARTS). VERY GLAD HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO FIND THAT. A LITTLE LATE, BUT IT WAS A LAST-MINUTE ADD TO THEIR SCHEDULE; VERY NICE AND WORKED THE WHOLE TIME; PROBABLY COULD HAVE USED A DROP CLOTH, (METAL TOOLBOX ON VINYL FLOOR NOT NECESSARILY A GOOD THING.)

THE JOB WAS VERY DIFFICULT AS THERE WAS NO ACCESS PANEL. THEY DID VERY MINIMAL DAMAGE GETTING TO THE PIPE AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN SUGGESTING WAYS TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR FUTURE ACCESS TO THE PLUMBING.

BOB STOKES REALLY KNOWS HOW TO DEAL IN OLDER HOMES AND THEIR PLUMBING. DIDN'T WANT TO SHARE THEM!!
