Rachael did a fantastic job! She picked up the ottoman from our house and delivered it when complete, all in the promised timeframe. It looks great and is so much nicer than any of the new ottomans I had looked at in stores. Based on our positive experience, I am hiring her make four new pillows. I highly recommend her and would definitely hire her for any upholstery needs.

I really tried to get hold of her numerous times, all via email. After seeing how thrilled people were with her services I contacted her via email from her website. She responded right away asking for pictures of the chair I wanted upholstered. I sent the pictures that day. No response. A week later I sent them again. I got a response saying she couldn't see the pictures. I sent them again, and I got an response a day later with an estimate which was very acceptable to me. I've sent her about three messages since then trying to arrange services and I've gotten no response. I honestly think she has bitten off more than she can chew. A simple "I can't do this for you now" would have sufficed. Now I've wasted a month on trying to find someone to work on my chair and have to start over.

I called on June 23, 2015 and left Rachael a message. She returned my call a couple of days later. I was thrilled to have someone who could make 3 new covers for my couch cushions. We set a time for her to pick up my cushion and material. I offered to drop everything off to her but she insisted on picking it up. We set a time of July 8,2015 between 6 and 7 p.m. I waited until after 8 p.m. and called. I left her a message. I waited until the morning of July 10,2015 and called her again. Again I left her a voicemail. It is now the evening of July 13, 2015 and no callback or even a message.

All turned out perfect and the fabric looked sensational the way she matched up the patterns- all work of high quality. The cushion was welted and zippered-nice detailing. The upholstery job was done within an acceptable time frame and she picked up and delivered the piece herself. I would highly recommend her services and her friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor. She is A+ all the way.

It was a great experience. She was prompt on emailing me back to answer my questions. There was a delay of a few weeks before she could start because of other work she had but once she picked up the chaise, it was about 2.5 weeks till I got it back and she quoted 3 weeks. It looked wonderful! It was also great that she picked up and returned the item and I did not have to worry about transportation. THere was some changing of dates for pickup at the last minute because of a family emergnecy but she was great in communicating with me.

I spoke to Rachael. She told me to purchase the fabric from JoAnn's for the seat. I disassembled the seat from the rest of the chair and took it and the fabric to Rachael. I was a bit shocked at how "common" her home looked. I suppose I expected sewing machines and fabrics draped across clotheslines. As Rachael took the materials, I felt a bit apprehensive. She told me when I could expect to have the product returned. When I returned, the upholstery job was gorgeous! My cat had vomited on the original white fabric, but still I purchased white fabric for the new job. It was flawless. I wasn't sure there would be enough material to cover the surface area, but there was enough to do the job and to cut the remainder fabric into two pieces and place on top of the seat to prevent my cat from repeating her behavior. When I arrived at Rachael's, I somehow had the price wrong. She wasn't home at the time, but she told her daughter via phone that I could simply pay her the other $5 on the next job. Instead, I sent her a thank you note and enclosed the $5. I would use her again in a heartbeat, and I gladly refer her to others if they don't mind doing some of the legwork themselves on the front-end of the job.

Contacted to make a window seat seat cushion and pillows. After several back and forths had scheduled a time and date for pickup of the materials. She was a no- show with no call and no returned call when I reached out. Has subsequently contacted and informed of situation preventing contact which was unavoidable and is scheduled for later in the week.

Rachael picked up the material along with the cushion to be covered at the scheduled date. She also returned the finished product to my residence once completed. She did a wonderful job on the seams and trim work. Very impressed with her work. I would definitely use her services again.

Rachael responding promptly. She was very easy to work with and she kept the lines of communication open. She delivered as promised. The chairs and ottoman were beautifully done. The finish work is excellent. The piping is flawless and the patterns line up exactly. I am overjoyed with her work and would recommend her services to anyone who is seeking excellence.

The upholstery job was very nice, but the trim is pulling loose. Both Rachel and I were aware that the glue used to apply the trim might not hold. I am experimenting with other products to reapply this trim. The basic upholstery job was very well done.

Rachel picked up and delivered the pieces when completed. Her work is perfect. All seams are perfectly matched. She replaced the batting and the webbing. The chairs are just beautiful and look as though they are new, despite the fact that they are 20+ years old. Rachel is very easy to work with and honors requests. I provided the fabric and showed her which part of the pattern I wanted to see on the pillows. They came out just right! I gave her a "B" for punctuality because I had to leave a message twice, days apart, in order to get an initial call-back , and the chairs took longer than promised. However, I was willing to call again and wait for the finished product, given her excellent reviews on line. The results were well worth it! I plan on working with Rachel again in the new year and I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a professional sewing or upholstery provider.

This is the third time I have used Rachael. Every time has been a great experience. She came to pick up the chairs and returned them on time. Each time I have been more than satisfied with the results. I am planning my next project with her.

The workmanship is excellent and she had everything done in the 3 weeks she told me it would take. My husband and I are delighted with her work and I will definitely contact her with anything we need in the future.

Rachael was very responsive and easy to work with. She came and picked up the pieces to be re-upholstered and dropped them back off at my home. When she opened the rocking chair seat, she discovered that the springs inside were in terrible disrepair. She took the time to send me photos so that I could understand what the issue was, and was quick to provide several options for how to proceed. I was very pleased with the work performed, and highly recommend her to others.

She was very prompt in her response to our inquiry, and when we agreed upon doing the service, her ability to pick up and complete the work in a short time was excellent. Rachel reupholstered a loveseat that had been broken using the original fabric. I was very pleased. Previously she reupholstered my dining room chairs and did an excellent job.

I called and left a voicemail inquiring if Rachael could do the type of work I was asking for. I was called back within the hour and was informed that she would do it. Was also given an estimate for the work which I thought was on the low side. We decided on a time to drop off the cushion and there were no issues in dropping it off or picking it up. She did have quite a bit of work already in progress and I was told she would get it to me as soon as she could. I believe I waited a week which was fine with me as I was in no hurry. The quality of work was very good. She basically had to take the cover apart and redo everything including the zipper and piping to shorten it. The price was a little more than quoted but I figured it would be once she seen the amount of work involved. I still thought it was a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to use Rachael again.

The service and value were excellent. We were in the middle of a renovation and she kept the sofa for additional time so it would be returned when the room was ready. The work was superior and I loved the fact that her service is the work--not making profit off of fabric. She told us the amount to buy and suggested fabrics that would work with pets and high use. She suggested ways for us to cut costs and still have quality fabric. I would recommend her service and use her again.

Mrs. Ross recommended purchasing fabric from Joanne's with a 40% off coupon from the newspaper. That really saved me a lot because upholstery fabric is expensive. She came to pick up the chair and later brought it back on time. I am very pleased with her work.
