R & B SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING

R&B used a camera to see what was going on with the pipe going from the house to the street. They told me they would call the city and have them mark the area for gas lines. They never did that. I left over 50 messages. I was able to talk to one of the sons and he told me Ronnie Sr. was not forwarding messages and it was an issue with other clients. Once again I was told they would set it up and take care of it. A year later and a ton of calls later, Shaun told me they have a big contract and are so busy. My in-laws used R & B for over 20 years. They better hope the big contract doesn't fire them because all of their former clients will be gone. Ronnie Sr. texted me and told me they would refund my $150. I would not have used them if I knew they would never do the work. Avoidance and excuses is all I get from R & B! They left me hanging for a year! Unexcusable! I'm still waiting for my refund.

They charged me $150 to use the camera and gave me a quote. Told me they wanted to wait a few weeks because the ground was still frozen. Not a problem. They never came back, I left them over 50 voicemails. That is a problem! They never responded until I told them I was going to file a complaint, then he responded within 20 minutes. Ronnie Sr. said he would refund the $150. Wheeland Pulumbing was going to charge me the same amount to locate the issue. R & B did not keep their word and I have yet to receive the check. Scam artist! Don't use them!!!

Everything went as was explained and the end result was a clean sewer line for the best price quoted and the work was done within a day or two of my initial call!

R & B Sewer and Drain were referred to me by another local plumber, I was desperate to get someone out quick and they showed up the day after I called. They were pleasant enough folks, but I don't think they do any residential plumbing. They showed up a half hour after the agreed time and did not bother to call to say they were running late. They cut a hole in my downstairs bathroom ceiling only to discover the drain was fine. So they rubbed caulk off the bottom of my faucet faceplate and identified the leak coming from there. They said they would need to cut another hole in my wall to fix, I suggested that maybe they could just replace the leaky part. That is what they did, so at least no second hole to fix. I looked at the finished job and was very disappointed in the caulk job, but at this point I just wanted them to go since I now needed to get a ceiling patched. After I handed them the check, they told me they ran out of bath caulk and that I should probably get some more. I already knew that, but at least they admitted it was a bad job. The kicker of this experience was my downstairs towel rack falling down a couple days later by me pulling the towel off it. Apparently one of them used it to pull themselves up to look into the hole they cut and ripped one side partially away from the wall. They had to have known they did it because of easy it just fell. Just a total lack of professionalism by these guys. $60 an hour for poor work. The hole in the ceiling I understand, I led them in the wrong direction. But the rest of the experience was disappointing.

I had problems with another company and was not confident about other companies I called to help me. My family plumber recommended Ron at R& B Sewer. They responded promptly, brought the camera to find the problem and fixed it. They were nice and professional.

When they were here we had other things being delivered that had nothing to do with them. These guys were able to help us out with that as well though.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY GOT EVERYTHING ACCOMPLISHED. THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
