+ -1 moreA man and his wife knocked on my door, telling me I needed a new roof. He could see a shingle was missing. He later mailed me an estimate, about $5500, but with $1000 "discount." He called on me, after I had Able Roof check it out, and asked me if I wouldn't like a new roof, to keep up with the neighborhood, and he could add the $500 deductible so I wouldn't have to pay for it.
Description of Work: Able Roof repaired it - a replacement was not necessary.
