New Kitchen chandelier
Description of Work: Thumbs up for Quality! They were the first to respond to my quote request and called to offer times and pricing. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and got straight to work. We had other lighting issues with old fluorescent lights in the bathrooms and he repaired those as well. Very prompt and courteous service.

Description of Work: Richard reran wiring in my basement. He also added some outlets and light switches. He installed recessed lights and moved some wiring for laundry and sink replacement on a different wall. |Adam is the scheduler and he is great. He usually answers the phone but when busy, he is quick to return calls. |Richard is great. He asked me important questions about what I wanted to he was clear about what to do. He was also available by telephone when I had some questions during his three visits. |Thus is the second time I have used this company and plan to continue.

Great
Description of Work: Charlie is a great guy - personable, well spoken and takes the time to understand what I needed. Gave estimate and came back today a week later to install separate dedicated outlet and run line through ceiling to wall panel box. Also installed a motion detector. Reasonable price. Will have him back to do a 2 person very large job to assemble and hang foyer crystal chandelier. Guys at quality Electric to set up appointment were very cordial as well!

Description of Work: Wasn't happy with the first person who cane out. He didn't know what he was doing. The company should have never sent an electrican who wasn't qualified. I called the company to tell him the person didn't fix the problem. Sent another person and he was great. He knew what to do. They cancelled out the invoice for the first bill. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They set up electrical service to our detached garage. Overall, everything went well. Probably the smoothest project in the year since we moved into our new house. Of the four providers we got quotes from, they came in the lowest and were the most responsive. I would definitely have them do work for us again.

HE WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. GREAT JOB! THIS SERVICE WAS DONE THROUGH A HOME GUARD WARRANTY SO THE $100 COST WAS THE DEDUCTIBLE. I AM NOT AWARE OF THE TOTAL COST. PART OF THE HIGHER COST WAS DUE TO THE FACT THE HE HAD TO DRIVE TO MARYSVILLE WHERE I LIVE.
Description of Work: I HAD 2 OUTLETS IN THE KITCHEN THAT WERE UNUSABLE. THE ELECTRICIAN QUICKLY DETECTED A FAULTY GFI OUTLET THAT THESE OTHER 2 OUTLETS RAN THROUGH. HE REPLACED IT AND WAS ON HIS WAY.
