Quality Electric

WORKERS DID A GOOD JOB. HOWEVER, AFTERWARDS I HAD TO CALL BACK TO SCHEDULE A CITY INSPECTION. ALL OTHER BIDS I RECEIVED INCLUDED INSPECTION THERES DID NOT. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED.COST WAS $200. MORE (CITY CHARGE $165.00)

During an inspection of the siding on our house, we noticed the electrical wires coming into the riser were very worn and had exposed wires. Being a potential fire hazard, we wanted someone to do the repairs ASAP. We called several electricians who were not available. Quality Electric sent someone the next morning. Matt was efficient, explained the repairs, and very personable. We are happy with the completed work, and no worries about a fire hazard.

Went well. The serviceman was friendly, competent, and the work was neat. We were happy.

They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They even found a problem with the lack of insulation over the room in the garage. That really helped me out.

Workers were on time and worked efficiently.

The electrician arrived on time. Performed the work as required, and cleaned up well. Unlike other electricians Quality Electric can usually come out with just one or two days notice.

I was very pleased with the work the other contractor did. I was very surprised that the quote from Quality was so unreasonable, given that each company was given the same specs to quote.

They came through for us when someone else failed to show up. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves and were out within a couple of hours.

Absolutely great. They are cost effective and very high quality. I highly recommend them.

Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. A straightforward job performed well.

Company was responsive to request for service scheduling a call quickly and re-scheduling when I had a conflict. Even provided information over the phone about breaker issues involving a microwave. Technician showed up just a few minutes early for appointment and went straight to work diagnosing problem and explaining solution. Requested work was completed quickly and efficiently. Also provided advice about distribution of eclectic loads in older home. Assessed all outlets and gave quotes for some discretionary changes. The technician was extremely polite, helpful and professional.

We were very pleased. The electricians were polite, friendly, and professional, and the cost was very reasonable.

I had been given an initial estimate of just the upgrade over the phone and then Brandon came over to the house and give us a firm estimate. Brandon and his coworker were on time (8am) and completed the work at about 6pm. Everything was cleaned up and Brandon showed me all the work before they left. I've never had any electric work done (or any major house work), but I was pleased with the experience.

It was excellent. They were first rate. They were very easy to work with. Very customer service oriented. They knew their craft but were also easy to talk to.

Very clean job. Work met all specifications. Employee was willing to answer questions and make suggestions.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT & THE JOB DID NOT TAKE LONG AT ALL. CLEAN UP OUTSIDE (BY THE METER BOX) COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER. OVERALL I WAS VERY HAPPY.

THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND WERE ABLE TO DO THE ENTIRE JOB WITHOUT INVOLVING THE ELECTRICAL COMPANY.

THE ELECTRICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, DID THE WORK PROMPTLY, AND THE PRICE ENDED UP BEING LOWER THAN WE EXPECTED.

THE CALL REPRESENTATIVE WAS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WHEN I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS PRIOR TO THE WORK DATE. JOE AND TEAM DID A GREAT JOB REPLACING OUR HOUSE'S ORIGINAL FUSEBOX AND INSTALLING THE LIGHT SWITCH. THEY DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF EACH ELECTRICAL OUTLET AND SWITCH TO MAKE SURE THE ORIGINAL FUSE LISTING STAYED THE SAME. WE CALLED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE LISTED IN OUR HOME WARRANTY PLAN. HOWEVER, WE WOULD CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR SERVICE REGARDLESS OF THE POLICY.

ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAD AN ATTITUDE WHEN I BROUGHT THESE THINGS TO THEIR ATTENTION.

THE WORK WAS FINE. I CALLED ONE DAY AND HE WAS ABLE TO COME THE NEXT. WILL HIRE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

TOM BROEKER WAS AN EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE FOR QUALITY ELECTRIC. HE WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS FLEXIBLE WHEN OTHER REQUESTS WERE MADE OTHER THAN THE ONE HE WAS ORIGINALLY THERE TO DO. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY SO THAT WE UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE ALSO CHECKED SOME WIRING AND MADE RECOMMENDATION FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM WITHOUT PRESSURING TO HAVE IT DONE BY HIM THEN AND THERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE I KNOW. NOTE: I GRADED THE PRICES AS A ''B'' BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE VERY MANY ESTIMATES TO COMPARE IT TO BUT I FELT THE PRICING WAS MORE THAN FAIR AND ACTUALLY FELT THAT I RECEIVED A GREAT DEAL OF WORK FOR THE PRICE.

QUALITY ELECTRIC CAME AND REROUTED SOME OF OUR CONNECTIONS TO EVEN OUT THE ELECTRICAL LOAD.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEIR ESTIMATE WAS HALF OF OTHERS I HAD RECEIVED. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN ADDRESSING AN EMERGENCY SITUATION ON A WEEKEND, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND CALLED BACK WITHIN MINUTES AT 9AM SUNDAY MORNING. THE ELECTRICIAN THAT SHOWED UP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING 100% BEFORE HE LEFT. HE RE-LABELED THE NEW BOX AND JUST DID A TERRIFIC JOB. EVEN THEIR EMERGENCY FEE WAS REASONABLE AND THE GUY WORKED QUICKLY. THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ELECTRICAL BOXES, AND HE GAVE US AN UPGRADED ELECTRICAL BOX AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. IT WAS JUST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WHEN THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE ON THE PHONE, IT INCLUDED EVERYTHING WITH SALES TAX. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK AND THE COST WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
