Quality Electric

The electrician arrived promptly and described the proposed solution to the problem. He was able to use a plumbing vent on the roof to use equipment that pulled the meter box and conduit back into position so it could be reattached to the siding. He used much larger hardware to reattach the conduit, making it much less likely to pull loose again. He cleaned up all unused material after completing the job and left the outdoor workarea undamaged.

Very prompt service. Quality fixtures used in installation. Excellent job and thorough clean up and removal of old fixtures. A reasonable fee and well worth it. Will use them in the future.

I explained the problem to Charlie and he know exactly what to do. He asked the age of the house and then explained how connections were made at the time our house was built. He fixed the problem in less than 15 min and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Quality Electric again!

Charlie came out and gave us an estimate, then came back a few weeks later when we decided to go ahead with the work. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. The work was completed exactly as discussed. Charlie also gave us some tips to handle a couple other items very inexpensively on our own (we had some irregular trims on our outside can lights that would have been a fortune to replace but he made some helpful "quick fix" suggestions). All in all I found this company to be very honest and they conducted themselves with integrity from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nothing but kudos. I called on Friday, appointment was set for first thing Monday morning. Electrician was in front of house at 7:50 AM, at my door at 8:00. We walked through the work I wanted done, he provided an estimate, I approved the estimate, he did the work. Electrician even advised on some ways to reduce the cost. Strictly an "A" rating from start to finish... customer service, price, quality, everything. And the coupon I found on Angie's List saved me another $50.00.

We dropped off the computer at their office, and the work was excellent. They did the work in one day, which was timely. The price was good. We were pleased. We would rate them highly. We have used them before and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I spent about $250 on the job. They were fantastic. I had no complaints with them. I got an appointment very quickly when I called. They answered right away when I called them. They were on time. They scheduled two days in advance. They were very polite and courteous. They answered all the questions that I had. They were worth the price. It did seem like a lot to pay, but I had to pay the same no matter where I was. I will use them again in the future.

They came out when they said they would. They did a good job. I can't remember what the cost was, but I was happy with what they did.

Estimator helped to instill confidence that Quality electric could do the job. Price was reasonable and they were prompt in scheduling. The problems started when the technician arrived to do the job. He was not aware of the nature or extent of the job and did not seem well prepared. When I explained what needed to be accomplished he indicated he would need to check with his boss. The first stated completion was subpar at best. Some code items which the estimator commented on that would need to be completed were initially not completed. The technician then proceeding to argue that what the estimator told me was not needed. As a result I had to call the owner to get the issue resolved. The issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

Went great. Tech was on time, professional, and courteous. Cost was $100 less than another Angie's List A-rated company's estimate. Tech took old bulbs away for proper disposal. I have used Quality before and had other good experiences as well.

When the Microwave/Convection Oven was installed, it was wired to the same circuit as the hood fan that it replaced, which included the kitched and livingroom outlets. Everytime the Convection Oven was used, the breaker was tripped. Greg came out and gave me an estimate that was lower than others received for the same work so I had him do the work. He explained everything that he would be doing before he did anything. He also let me know of a possible water problem he noticed when pulling the romex through for the new connection. He was very professional.

This was not the easiest of wiring jobs - one set of ethernet runs stretched from the basement all the way to a second floor office. Greg and Derek at Quality Electric were very much up to the task. They were friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop as to what was going on during the entire job. When it looked like the job might spill over into a second day, they stayed on and got the job wrapped up in one day after all. They had no problem with me providing most of the materials. All wiring and wall plates were neatly installed, including the little details like making sure wiring went along joists in the attic instead of haphazardly across the attic, and making sure ethernet runs were numbered logically so that I could identify them in the future. Jacks and wall plates were neatly installed at all above-grade termination points as requested, and career network admins and engineers would be envious of the nice, neatly bundled cable run to the ethernet patch panel. They were meticulous about clean-up, even though it was past quitting time. The cost of the project came in as bid.

They came on time, did the work very well and professionally, cleaned up afterwords. There was a slight glitch that they returned and corrected. All in all the work was done with as little disruption and collateral damage as possible. They worked very efficiently and well.

Mike Chapman and Lee King were very professional, efficient, kind and considered. They did excellent work. They were very contentious. I certainly would recommend them. As far as I could tell the price was far!

Several problems with the electrical were disclosed during the home inspection on the sale of our home. We called Quality Electric and Charlie came out the next day to give us an estimated. He explained several options and provided estimates for each. Charlie was able to come the following Monday to complete the work.

Multiple positive experiences. Work always completed competently and professionally.

They were very nice over the phone, they set up an appointment to come out, and give an estimate. I took off half a days of work for this and they didn't show up at the appointment time, so I called them and they said they would be right over to take all my information, which they did, but then they never got back to me with an estimate and never called.

Charlie arrived on time, removed his boots, and installed the ceiling light fixture expertly in a short time.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I called several companies to get estimates and this was the only company that showed up as scheduled. Charlie, the electrician, who came to give us the estimate was very knowledgeable about the type of work we needed done. Charlie and Mark showed up on time, were very polite and cleaned up after they were finished working. I was very pleased with their work.

Called at 9:00am for service was informed someone might be out by noon. They arrived at 10:00 and had the problem fixed by 10:30. Jesse, the electrician, was very knowledgeable and based on the information I supplied him fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

This project was done through HOMEGUARD, our home warranty program. Otherwise I am sure this would have cost us closer to $800. We had to have almost all the electric receptacles changed out due to some crazy wear and tear by the previous owners of the house. The two electricians that came out did a wonderful job of moving furniture out and back, minimizing the "blackouts" in various areas of the house as they worked. They also tested each receptacle before changing them and even found some that needed changed that I hadn't marked! I would hire this company to come back again, even if I had to pay the full amount!

Great! Called and Jesse came right out. I didn't have a part for the dining room fixture I got the part and they didn't charge again for the $75.00 "trip" fee. I just paid to have the light fixture installed. Charges amount to $32.00 per half hour, plus parts. My electrical needs are met!

The project went very well, and was reasonably priced.
