Chris and the team at QBS completed a basement drainage system project for us that included demo along the perimeter of our basement walls and installation of a new sump pump. The work was completed in an extremely efficient fashion in just 5 days. Throughout the entire process, the team at QBS was kind, hard-working and polite. They were very mindful of the impact to our home and took extreme care to ensure everything went as planned. Chris was a pleasure to meet during the estimating process and I got the sense that he really cared about the customer and was both passionate and dedicated to securing the business. That went a long way with us and made the difference when comparing quotes from other companies. Very professional and efficient! Completed work that most other companies couldn't do. The price was very fair. We actually had some drainage work in the yard. The guys worked in 90 plus hear and humidity and did a great job.

I used to have 4â -7â of standing water in my basement due to leaking walls and a collapsed floor drain but then QBS came in and in only 2 days had the whole project knocked out not the basement is dry as a bone even during heavy rain events. Couldnâ t ask for a better service

French drain in driveway and a sump off to the side in flowerbed to push water out to the front of our property. No more driveway flooding ! Will/would hire them again in future if needed. I had such a great experience with Quality Basement Solutions. I recently bought my first home knowing I would have to deal with waterproofing the basement. I was quoted close to $20,000 by Basement Doctor!!! Chris and Adam came to my rescue and were able to complete the job for less than half the cost. They were honest and trustworthy. They quoted me for only what needed to be done to my home and did not add on any unnecessary costs. My home has been water free this spring even with the large amounts of rain weâ ve been getting. In addition, they were respectful of my home and cleaned the work area each day before they left. They also provide financing options which was very helpful. I would recommend them for your basement needs.

QBS did a fantastic job in our basement. They installed a French drain and sump pump, as well as steel beams for foundation support. The work was done in a timely manner and they kept everything clean. Our basement looks and feels great now! Would highly recommend!
