Well
Description of Work: The company did an estimate for us on a concern we had about mold in the basement. Told us we should use some materials from Lowe's and could do it ourselves .... minor problem. Another mold expert told us we should install their $20,000 system. I would use Puroclean if I had a mold problem because I think they are trustworthy.

Description of Work: I met with representatives of three companies--all from Angie's List. The estimates for the work ranged from $600 to $2,000. I selected Puroclean because the explanation of the proposed work was much more comprehensive and thorough. An extra bonus was the price--far less than the other two companies. My basement had three areas that required mold mitigation, caused from water that had seeped into the foundation because of a faulty downspout/drainage system. The mold work was done after the downspout problem had been resolved. The two-day process included scraping, cleaning and sanitizing with an anti-microbial product, encapsulating, and sealing. A negative air fan/air scrubber was used during the entire two-day period. The work was completed according to schedule. The billing process was simple. It was a pleasure to work with the owner of the company who prepared the estimate and explained the process and with the two men who did the work. I am completely satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: My master bathroom toilet had leaked onto our garage ceiling, creating a mold spot. We called Rick and when he came out he was on time and very professional. When his man cam out to fix it, he was also punctual and very kind. I was extremely pleased with their work.
