A friend called ProSteam after dirtying my carpet at a party at my house to clean two areas. Although they called me immediately to set up an appointment, they said they would call back to confirm they would be here on the day we chose. They never called back, so I called them and they said they would let me know for sure with a confirmation call. I had to call back again after not receiving a confirmation call. If it weren't already paid for by my friend, I would have used another company. However, when the gentleman came out to clean the carpet he was very nice and professional, did a great job, and cleaned not only the two bedrooms but also the hallway and stairs for the same price. In the beginning, it wasn't a good experience, but in the end, it was.

Previous owners of our new house arranged and paid to have the carpets cleaned by Pro Steam before we moved in. We did not have experience with this company prior to as we had always used another Angie's List company to clean our carpets. In the course of cleaning the carpets, the technicans noticed the dry vent clogged and in need of cleaning. Came back the next day to clean and the problem was larger than expected. The original estimate was not changed and the person pointed out the issues and went over some steps to take/precautions for the future. They let me look into the vent when finished and they also checked the air duct system, which I also looked into. They advised it was not in need of a cleaning and could wait until further build-up.

They did a good job. I was pleased with their service and the price was reasonable.

Excellent. Two guys and quick. My carpets were in bad shape as was the furniture and they were very straightforward about having realistic expectations as they were not sure they could get the stains off the carpets and furniture. They ended up having to break out an extra piece of machinery - a rotary machine- that restores carpet that is on the brink of having to be replaced. I have never seen this type of carpet cleaner and it worked wonders and worth the extra $20. They were punctual, professional, efficient and experts in explaining how to further care for my furniture and carpets. They gave me their magnet which serves as a coupon for all future needs and that save me tons of time as I won't have to go thru Val-Pak or the other mailers that come looking for the best deal and the best cleaners. I would definately use them again.

This company was on time. They came out and listened to our concerns about a couple spot areas. It was a little bit extra charge for some areas and they did the job quickly with no complaints. The finished product looked great.

The did an excellent job. There were some communication issues with locating a key I left for them.

They only send one guy. He was very pleasant. The carpet looks much better. It was dry to the touch in about 4 hours. I wished he would of worked on one area just a little more. But, over all pleased. He also arrived on time.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS FOR MY CARPET. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY PUT THE OTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES TO SHAME.

THE RESULTS WERE FAR ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS. STAINS WERE REMOVED, THE CARPETS LOOK NEW AGAIN. SEBASTIAN AND JUSTIN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL, THEY WANTED TO DO A GOOD JOB.

DID NOT GIVE RECEIPT ON SPOT. TOOK TWO MONTHS TO GET THE RECEIPT. THEN THEY BILLED US AGAIN. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS.

THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME USING PRO-STEAM. THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER INCORRECT, THEY CALL TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL SO THAT WAS A PROBLEM, BUT THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHY THEY HAD NOT CALLED. THIS TIME, THEY DID NOT CALL AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY HAD ME SCHEDULED ON A DIFFERENT DAY. AGAIN THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY SO IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THERE SEEMS TO BE A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM IN THE OFFICE BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE CARPET, SO I WILL PROBABLY HAVE THEM BACK.

I CALLED AND WAS VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT MY SCHEDULE NEEDS WHEN I SET THE APPOINTMENT. AFTER MAKING A COMMITMENT, THEY WERE QUITE LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT. I TRIED TO RESCHEDULE, AND NO ONE CALLED BACK

DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING UP PET STAINS. VERY REASONABLY PRICED COMPARED TO COMPETITORS.

IT HAD BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE THE CARPETS WERE LAST CLEANED AND WE HAD SOME GROUND IN JUICE AND DIRT STAINS WHICH HE WAS ABLE TO GET COMPLETELY OUT. THE PERSON WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY POLITE AND CONSIDERATE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS

PROFESSIONAL, FAST, ANSWERED MY SILLY QUESTIONS. THEY ALSO DO CARPET STAINING TO COVER PET MISTAKES BUT I HAVEN'T TRIED IT YET.

USED FOR CARPET CLEANING. VERY DISSATISFIED. SPOTS WERE NOT CLEANED. ANIMAL STAINS ARE STILL VISIBLE. RUSHED JOB, NOT ATTENTIVE TO HER NEEDS AND POORLY SCHEDULED.

LATE FOR HARDWOOD FLOOR CLEANING. QUICK AND DID NOT CLEAN THEM WELL.

WE HAVE WHITE BERBER CARPET AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. ALWAYS GET IT CLEAN. NOT CHEAP, BUT WORTH THE MONEY! HAVE USED FOR 3 YEARS.

CALLED AND GOT ESTIMATE. HAD A HARD TIME SCHEDULING THEM TO COME OUT. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DID A GREAT JOB; EVEN SOLVED HER ALLERGY PROBLEMS!

NEGATIVE REPORT - MEMBER HAD THEM CLEAN HER AIRDUCTS. SHE COULD NOT SEE A DIFFERENCE. THEY WERE NOT THERE VERY LONG AND SHE DIDN'T FEEL THAT SHE GOT WHAT THEY SOLD HER.
