HE WOULD BE GREAT FOR LG MASTER BATH REMODEL. WE BOUGHT THE CHEAPEST MARBLE PANELS FOR TUB SURROUND AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM -LOOK GREAT. I COULDN''T FIND AN INEXPENSIVE VINYL FLOOR I LIKED, AND PICKED THE MOST EXPENSIVE ARMSTRONG ONE, THEREFORE MY ORIG ESTIMATE WAS RECALC PRIOR TO WORK BEGIN. THERE WERE A COUPLE MINOR BLIPS, WHICH ENDED-UP BEING NOTHING. FOR EXAMPLE THE BATHTUB DRAIN HAD A SM MINOR LEAK, AT 8:00 PM WE INFORMED ROMEO AND HE OFFERED TO FIX THAT NIGHT.
Description of Work: CLINTONVILLE 50S RANCH BATHROOM 5X8 REMODEL. NEW VINYL FLOOR, GUTTED TILE AND DRYWALL AROUND TUB, NEW MARBLE PANELS AROUND TUB, NEW MARBLE SINK TOP, REPLACE EXHAUST FAN & VENTED THRU ATTIC TO OUTSIDE, DRYWALL REPAIR.
