I had an excellent experience with Nathan and his staff. We had to change the date several times because I had difficulty with color choices. We originally worked with an interior decorator who did not provide samples on time, provided poor color choices, etc. I was completely frustrated. In 20 minutes working with Nathan I was able to choose colors that completely turned around the look and feel of my home. After asking questions, he made terrific recommendations. When I arrived home, everything was put back in place and they did a terrific job in cleaning up. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I will use them again when I have my basement repainted and have already recommended them to my friends. Their price was competitive and Nathan responded promptly to my questions both with e-mail and voice. I am very pleased.

Nathan at Prim Painting was called to bid our master bedroom painting project. He arrived as scheduled. As we discussed the project, Nathan gave us some great ideas about spraying the doors, asked all the right questions about what our expectation were and went over our paint selection, so that everything was covered in the bid. All listed out so we knew what we were paying for! They (Nathan and crew) showed up exactly as planned, organized their materials, got right to work and finished up a perfectly painted room within two days. Thank you for your attention to detail!

Nathan was prompt in returning my call and setting up an appointment for an estimate. He sent me the estimate within a day and the job was then scheduled. He arrived promptly and got the painting done in one day. He was polite, professional, and very easy to work with. The room looks great and he did a good, neat job. We have more rooms that need to be painted, have estimates, and plan on using his services again.

Our house looks great! I was very pleased with the work done by Nathan and Chris. He told us it would take 4-5 days - it took 4. The painters were timely and very respectful. Nathan has a great reputation with the Sherwin-Williams store, and we were able to have the store's color coordinator come and help us pick colors for the house. The painters worked quiety and neatly and never left a mess at my house. We didn't have to move anything - they removed wallhangings and replaced everything on a daily basis. When we came home in the evenings, the only difference we noticed in our house was the new color on the walls. Nathan frequently asked if we were pleased with the paint and sent a follow up email the day our service was completed. We will definitely hire Prim Painting in the future for any paint job we need done! I recommend them without hesitation.

We ended up having to do lots of cleaning up after they left; and although we appreciated Nathan's promptness, the quality of finished workmanship was less than hoped for. "

We are preparing to put our house up for sale in about 5 months and have scheduled various home repairs and upgrades (hardwood floor refinishing, painting, ceramic tile, etc). We used Angie's List extensively as we searched for contractors. Nathan Pratt from Prim Painting responded very quickly by stopping by to give us an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. While we were initially only planning to re-paint a couple of rooms, we ending up expanding the scope of our work to include almost the entire interior. Due to personal issues, we had to reschedule the work a couple of times, but Nathan was very flexible and worked closely with us. Before starting the work, Nathan referred us to a Color Consultant from Sherwin Williams to help us choose the right colors. The actual work took about 2 weeks. The crew showed up every day on time. They took extra care to cover and protect the floors & furniture. The end result was far better than we expected. They did not rush the job or skip any corners. The quality of their work and attention to detail (such as sealing around trim) was clearly evident. The cost of the work was very competitive and worth every penny. We would definitely have additional work done by Prim Painting and we have not hesitated in recommending them to friends & neighbors, as well as our Realtor.

Everything was exceptional from the estimating to the final results. Nathan did the work himself with the help of an assistant. HIgh quality results and a high level of professionalism. I was very pleased that Nathan was able to match the existing paint perfectly since in some cases I was only painting a bordering hall and not the entire room.

It was a good experience for us. The job was handled well. Nathan and Chris arrived promptly and consulted with me frequently concerning color choices and other considerations. Each evening they cleaned up and left the house ready for other contractors who were also working there. Nathan kept in touch by cell phone if I was not at the house so we were always aware of the progress. I would definitely use the services of Prim Painting again and would recommend them highly.

Nathan was very professional and did an excellent job. We are extremely picky and normally do the work ourselves. The drywall was a mess and needed a lot of work. This was not your typical painting job, as the drywall had to be coated from floor to celing and sanded repeatedly to prepare a smooth surface to paint. Nathan did a great job cleaning up at the end of every day. Excellent job and excellent customer service!

From the initial contact I had with Nathan I was extremely pleased. I sent an email originally to ask for an estimate and he called me back the same day. We scheduled for him to come and look at the job a couple of days later and he was right on time. We had gotten another estimate which was considerably higher, so based on his rate and his professionalism we hired him for the job. He was able to schedule the job for the next week. He was supposed to be there by 8am on Monday, which he was. He skimmed the walls the first day, which only took a couple of hours and then he and a co-worker arrived the following day to paint. They did a great job on the repair and painting, plus they did a good job cleaning up. Nathan was extremely professional and I would highly recommend him. We will definitely use him in the future.

I called Nathan on Monday, September 14th. He returned my call within a few hours and we scheduled to have a quote done the next day. Nathan was punctual, very perfessional, and even gave me options to cut my cost. He used four gallons of leftover paint that we had in the basement and pointed out that one of the bathrooms didn't really even need a new coat. Both of these considerations saved me at least $190. I hired Prim Painting the next day and was scheduled in on Monday of the following week. In his quote Nathan had calculated a cost for additional paint needed but in the end needed less so I ended up paying even less than the original quote.

They were prompt to respond to my call. Came right out to do an estimate. The estimate was very good. They started within a few weeks. Were complete in half the time other companies said it would take. There were a few items that needed touch up and they came back out and completed those items to our satification very promptly.

Arranged entire job via email which I really liked. I sent Nathan the dimentions of the room with all information and he sent a proposal to me in return. He and another worker arrived promtly at 8:00, preped the room, painted walls and ceiling and cleaned up by 10:30. Quick, easy and painless and best of all $100 less expensive than the other quote I received. The paint job was great and Nathan even sent a follow up email to make sure we were still happy with the outcome.

Nathan and Chris were fantastic. They were punctual, friendly, efficient, professional and do excellent work. They even helped us figure out the "right white" for our trim by going back-and-forth to the paint store for samples. They cleaned up at the end of every day and especially well if they wouldn't be back the following day. I felt the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work they did.

Prim Painting contacted me at their earliest convience and within a few weeks the entire job was complete. Very personable, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Very easy to work with and would definitely use the company in the future.

I contact PRIM and received a call back within a few hours. They stopped by the next day and to provide an estimate. Nathan sent one that evening for review. Great response and follow up.

After 4 years in our new house, we had tired of some of the colors and a sub-standard paint job provided by free help. We wanted to refresh our house, and didn't want to spend weeks doing it ourselves. Prim Painting was the first company I found on the list. They were local, had great reviews, so I dropped them an email. Nathan got back with me the same day, and was very flexible in scheduling a late appointment for an estimate. The process for the estimate was very quick, and he gave me tips on selecting paint colors. I had the estimate within 2 hours of him leaving. I emailed back a few days later asking him to schedule us. He warned me that he was booked several weeks out, which was not a problem. I emailed Nathan a few questions during that time, and he always responded properly. On the scheduled day, Nathan showed up to determine how much paint to buy, left to buy the paint, and came back and started working. He and the other painter needed no supervision, moved whatever furniture needed to be moved, and only asked questions when necessary. They got on with their work quickly and quietly, even declining my offer of a radio. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house while I ran errands, and with my wife and daughter the following day. They returned the next day to finish up, and touched up a few areas that my wife pointed out to them. We're pretty picky customers, and we're very satisfied overall.

Nate was very prompt when he came to give us an appraisal for the job and gave us some suggestions about best way to choose the color I would like for the wall. He was also very prompt with the proposal and gave us the date they would be able to do the job. Price was very reasonable. They arrived promptly again on the morning of the job and fiinished within the amount of time they said it would take. Everything was cleaned up very nicely after the job. They had to move a couple cabinets and put them back where they had been when they were finished. They were very professional. I was very pleased with this company and the very nice polite workers. They were fantastic!

Nathan was quick to schedule an appointment for the estimate, flexible scheduling the job, fair on the overall price, helpful with recommendations, thorough with the work, and committed to keeping me updated on the status. They cleaned up after themselves each day as if they had never been there, except for the exceptional painting. These guys are focused on getting the job done quickly, professionally, and respectful of the client's needs and time constraints. I will definitely recommend them and call them any time I need any painting done.

I contacted Prim Painting two weeks ago inquiring about a painting job. Nathan came out to my house and gave me an estimate. I was not in a big hurry to have the work done so we scheduled the job about two weeks out. Nathan arrived on time to do the painting and we reviewed what was scheduled to be done. I left for work and about 5 hours later, Nathan called to tell me that the painting was complete! I was shocked- If I had done the work myself, it would have taken me at least a couple days. I got home and everything looked great! He moved all of the furniture back and everything! I am very happy with the work that Prim Painting did in my house and will definately use them again in the near future.

Nathan Pratt came to my house in late April to give me an estimate to paint our foyer and ceiling. I had another company give me an estimate, but Nathan gave me a breakdown of what each area would cost, because we were still removing layers of wall paper and didn't know if we could afford to have that part done by Prim Painting or not. Nathan was very professional and gave me several options. He even emailed me a tip on where to buy paint so I could get a rebate. I purchased the paint and he and his crew came on the appointed day. Nathan completed the job in about 4 hours and cleaned up afterwards. The walls look really nice and that 18' ceiling hasn't looked that good since we moved in 15 years ago!

We were getting our home ready for sale and wanted to spruce up the outside. I wanted the work done very quickly so we could get the house on the market. Nathan returned my phone call within an hour of my leaving a message. He came out to estimate the job on the day and time I requested. He was on time, polite and efficient. He carefully recorded exactly what I wanted done, i.e., where I wanted scraping done, spot priming done and where there would be two coats of paint and where there would only be one. He offered several suggestions which were very good and with which I agreed. He knew time was critical and he squeezed me into the schedule since it was a relatively small job and was able to get the job done within three days of the estimate. He and his crew did a beautiful job. The house looks great and the crew was very polite and very neat. I would use Nathan and his crew any time I need painting done.

Once Nathan Pratt had looked at my home and given me his proposal it was very easy to handle all arrangements through email. He was very responsive. I explained that I would like to see how the accent color looked on one wall before deciding whether to use it on the next, he worked with me on that and made excellent suggestions about it for me to consider. The crew was considerate and took pride in their work.

I was pleased, but I thought the price was a little high. I had to go back over an area again since it was missed.
