They were amazing. He was on time (met me at 4:30- after work) , stayed until the job was done (almost 9 pm!), cleaned up thoroughly after himself and was very polite. I would be thrilled to have people that nice and caring on my property all the time. He was helpful and answered questions and went above and beyond to provide great service. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them highly.

They did a great job! I needed it done quickly because we were selling our house and they were able to take care of it promptly..

Micah was terrific. He did an excellent job on my windows. The first time I scheduled, the weather did not cooperate but it was easy to reschedule. He was quick, very sensitive to the fact that I have white carpeting by removing his shoes without being asked, and very polite. My neighbor called to ask if he could do her windows as well, and he fit her it. One thing I greatly appreciated was his help with a something i was unable to reach. He had the ladder and took the time to help me deal with this problem. Given that my ceiling are 2 stories high, there was no way I could have done this myself. This was not in his job description, but he was happy to give me an assist. I have used Nathan's company for painting and was very pleased. I think Micah is an excellent addition. He also power washed my patios and furniture, getting out some stains that I didn't think could be removed. I highly recommend their services!!!

We normally do all of our painting ourselves so we were a little apprehensive at using someone else to do this but with such high ceilings this needed to be done by someone who knew what they were doing. Let me also add the reason for the B rating in the price was we had no idea that was how expensive it would be. But after it was all said and done it was worth every penny. We would have been painting this area for a month to get it done. So when we spoke with Nathan Pratt, he asked when we would like the job done. We were hoping by June because we were having lots of company this summer. He told me that what he could do would be put us on a wait list because they were desperately trying to get exterior painting jobs done around all the rain we have been having. He explained they would call if there was a rain day and hopefully he could work us in that way. We were thrilled when he called about a week later and scheduled us for the next day. His crew was extremely respectful and cleaned up each day. It took them 2 days to start and finish the job. I have to say I am more than impressed. Other than a few drips of paint and a few missed dribbles it definitely looks great. We have a Master Bedroom that also has very high ceilings and I would definitely hire them to do for us now that I know they do such a nice job. Nathan was extremely nice to work with and he has at least 2 very nice employees working for him. :-)

They arrived on time most of the time. They worked the whole day and did what they needed to do. I think they did a good job. They told me that they would fix if I am not happy with anything. I was not happy with a few things and they did come and fix them as they had said. I will definitely consider using them in the future.

The gentleman was running a little late he called to let me know and arrived when he said he would. My home is white vinyl siding the back had some moss growing on it not much sunlight hits the back. The gentleman was able to get all of it the house looks great!

I used the daily deal purchased through Angie's List and had additional painting completed by Prim Painting. Nate was quick to answer my emails and stop by for look at the work to be done. The young men who completed the job were friendly, punctual, and did excellent work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I contacted Prim Painting LTD on 4/25/2011 and scheduled the appointment for the next day at 2:00 pm. The Prim employee showed up at exactly 2:00, and proceeded to pressure wash the house. He was very professional and courteous and did a very thorough job. He also notified me that pressure washing the house would leave my windows dirty which were brand new and I was very appreciative that he told me this so that I could also have him clean the windows. Very happy with the job he did!

I think he was just way too low and it scared me. His quote was about $420, two of my quotes were around $700, and one was $1400, so I picked one in the mid range. I wasn?t here when he came, which was fine. He wasn?t any more or less responsive than the others; there wasn?t anything negative. I only spoke to him through email.

The individual, who is also the owner, came out and measured the rooms. He and a helper returned to paint as scheduled and painted the two rooms very quickly. I had two other companies come out to give an estimate, and Mr. Prim was able to give us a much better price after finding some ways to save some money. The overall experience was very good.

This team from Prim performed flawlessly according to the plan. The severity of the plaster damage made it difficult to finish according to the estimate of two days, so one member of the team worked a third day to finish the painting. They arrived punctually every day, worked steadily and efficiently for nine hours, including their cleanup. They were true gentlemen who were respectful of our belongings and of us ~ and our two cats, as well. Their work was meticulous and we would characterize it as excellent. We will recommend them enthusiastically if given the chance and we would like to use them in future projects in our home.

They attend to their customer needs and co-ordinate well with the dates. They are accommodating and understanding. He pays attention to every detail and I am proud of the work he does. I like his services and will use the same in future.

I thought they were really accommodating because once I pointed out issues or things that I wanted to have remedies and it went really well. I was happy with their service.

The roof began leaking after a heavy snowfall and thaw, and the ceiling was damaged in several places. Prim Painting responded quickly with a quote and did an excellent job replacing some of the ceiling drywall, repairing other sections of the ceiling, matching the surface texture and repainting much of the ceiling in the home. They also cleaned the windows and mildew and mold that had formed on interior walls and windows. We are very satisfied wit the work.

Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not do the work since I wanted to try some options he suggested to do on our own. His went above and beyond to find a solution. Because of his professionalism, I will contact him first if I need further help.

Prim Painting Ltd. painted the exterior of our home last summer and I was impressed with their work, so I decided to take advantage of their other services. Micah and Brad showed up promptly to clean my windows. They were very professional and clean cut, and got right to work. They were careful of any fragile items in my house, and moved and replaced furniture to access the windows. They moved quickly and efficiently through the house. The windows sparkled when they left, and I will definitely use them again to clean my windows and coach lights. The price was more reasonable than I have paid in the past.

Prim was responsive, professional, priced very competitively and most importantly, they did a wonderful job. The crew even changed my flat tire for me! They were always on time and cleaned up before they left. They completed all work in a timely matter. Highly recommend. We will use them again.

We were looking for handyman and interior painting. We called Nate and he promptly responded to our voicemail within an hour. He gave an appt for estimate within 2 days and was on time to the appt. He was professional and gave us a detailed estimate within a day. Although we did not use his services due to other reasons, we were impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism.

Nathan came and did an estimate and emailed it to me within a couple of days. There were a few things that were not specifically spelled out on the estimate but Nathan said they were included and amended the estimate so that those things were listed on there for us. They showed up and did the work on the days they promised to--in fact they called and asked if they could pressure wash a couple days early because they had time and the weather was supposed to get bad later that week. While they were here painting, there was a site supervisor who answered all my questions and dealt with a couple minor issues that came up. Everything went super smoothly. At the end, two guys came back after giving us a day to look things over and they spot treated a couple places we wanted them to look at. Everything looks awesome and it was really easy to work with them! I would highly recommend Prim Painting.

In January new carpet was installed in our office and whoops our floor was now a cool color and the current wall color warm. I could either change the carpet or paint five offices, a hallway and two bathrooms. I had to move fast as CPAs I didn?t have a lot of time. I felt overwhelmed and decided to check Angie's list for interior painters. Nate came to our office the next day. He gave us a quote and we accepted. They?d be there after the weekend. He told me to buy Sherwin Williams $5 Paint to Go paint containers so I tested colors on the walls. I wouldn?t have known that and came up with a beautiful match. They painted the whole office in two days, cut in perfectly and didn?t spill a drop. It now looks amazing. Nate was always available by phone or text and my whoops feeling quickly turned into a jubilant 15 year office makeover. Nate and his team of painters are impeccable and whenever paint is used, they will be on the other end of my phone or brush!

This was one of Angies List "The Big Deal" which was a discount of 64% off of painting three rooms or $565. The deal only included painting of walls not ceilings nor did it include the paint. I wanted ceilings painted and one more additional room and hallway/stairway done which counts for the additional cost. Over all the experience was good. The only recommendations I would make to the company is that they might want to take a little time to check their work because they missed some areas that were to be painted such as around the ceilings in spots and also one area around the baseboard & door of one of the rooms, which I didn't see until after they were gone. I am sure they would have come back and corrected, if I had asked, but I didn't see the need to because I could touch the spots up myself. The painters were courteous and polite.
