We took advantage of an online Angie's List offer for window cleaning. I called & reached someone right away. Our appointment was scheduled within two weeks. Two guys arrived shortly before the scheduled time which we appreciated. They were very respectful of our home and got right to work. They worked quickly & efficiently & did a great job. The windows looked fantastic when they were done.

They were there when they said they were going to be there. They finished on time. They cleaned everything up. I have to say pricewise they were very reasonable.

Went very well overall. The painters cleaned up well and I never had a problem with them. This company's estimate was cheaper than many other companies and they performed the work very well. No job is too small. The owner is responsive via phone and email.

Micah arranged to come out for an estimate which was received very promptly after his visit. We agreed upon a date for the work to be completed. Unfortunately, a couple of days before the work was to be done, we had a death in the family and had to leave town. Micah was very accommodating in rescheduling the date for cleaning. Micah called early the day that the work was scheduled to see if he could arrive earlier than our scheduled time as he had a change in his schedule. He assured me that it was no problem if an earlier time did not work for me. I called him back when I was available for him to come perform the work. He arrived about 10 minutes after than phone call. He was methodical and cleaned all of the interior windows first and then the exterior. It took about 1 1/2 hours. The original estimate that he gave me included an "up-charge" because of the window grilles, but he didn't actually charge me for the extra work, because the job took less time than he originally anticipated! I appreciated the value and effort.

Prim Painting was great, especially their manager, Micah. The estimate was professionally delivered and reasonable. The work was done very professionally - we are very happy with the results. Prim was also very flexible on timing. I had a last minute business trip to go to, and Prim rescheduled me at the last minute to a week later with no complaints, even though they were obviously very busy. We will be using Prim again for all our future painting needs.

The three PRIM painters arrived at 8:30am and got set up with their equipment, drop cloths,and other items quickly; we had moved the furniture to the center of the two rooms the day before, although they said they would be happy to assist with that if we need to do any more moving. The three worked steadily and, even including a lunch break, were finished with two coats in both rooms by 2:30 or 3:00pm. They used our outdoor hose to wash off brushes, buckets, and hands - no problem. All three painters were friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. They opened the rooms' windows to avoid paint fumes and get ventilation, but closed the rooms' doors do that it didn't affect our heating. They also took down venetian blinds for us, then reinstalled them at the end, a big help. They were very neat and left the rooms clean, without a drop of paint anywhere, even picking up leaves from the floor that they tracked in on that very rainy day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will call PRIM for any of our future painting needs, interior or exterior.

Called and spoke to Nathan who promptly came out to give me an estimate. Once I decided to use Prim Painting, Micah contacted me to schedule the appointment. They were booked pretty solid but Micah offered to come out on a Saturday to get the job done more quickly. He arrived at the agreed upon time with another worker. They were very thorough and professional. The windows look fantastic!

They were wonderful. They were a real team and they worked together quite a lot so they knew each other really well. They worked together really well. They were always ahead of time every day. They put in extra time when they felt that they needed it. They were just marvellous. They were incredibly precise. They cleaned up every night. They were here from 8 o’clock until 5 o’clock everyday. They worked like a well oiled machine. They were all very personable and likeable. We have had a lot of likeable people working on the house. Quality wise they were superb and they cleaned up after themselves every single day. They moved the furniture and were extremely helpful. As for their responsiveness they were spectacular. Punctuality they were perfect. As for their professionalism they were outstanding. I will continue to use them in the future. I got emotionally attached to those boys.

It went great, the employee was on time, courteous and as unobtrusive as he could be cleaning interior windows while I was working at home.

I was very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, next year I plan to use them for power washing the house and to have the windows washed again. Micah was very professional and friendly. This was the first time I used Angie's List and was able to get a special price for this service.

I have used the company in the past for interior and exterior painting and they did a very good job with that. I used them this time for gutter cleaning and they did a very good job with that too.

Two personable young men arrived at the appointed time. Our windows never looked better. We had always use another company and the contrast was obvious from the beginning. There is absolutely no doubt that we will call Prim Painting in the future!

The owner Nate was very responsive and courteous on the phone. We were able to set up an appointment very quickly the first time and also after I had to reschedule. However, the morning of the job they were about an hour late. They also sent in only one man, even though they knew I needed to have two rooms repainted. Their intention was obviously to do the whole job in one day but it was immediately clear that could not be done by one person alone. The one man did a very nice job in the master bedroom. However, the extra men sent in at the last minute (once they realized the lone man could not have done both rooms in one day) did a bit of a sloppy job, getting paint on the floor in some areas around the baseboard and on some of the door jams, etc. Also, the spackling of the wall was not the greatest where it was needed and it can be seen though the paint. I think it's clear the kitchen job was quite rushed. The job cost more than the Big Deal because it entailed more than offered in the deal, but the difference was fair, I thought. The sloppiness (which I did not discover immediately but only in the next few days) bothered me a bit, however, because it was obviously due to the rush in finishing the job. I may or may not rehire this company.

My experience with them was very good; it was more than what I had expected. The person arrived on time. He was very efficient, professional and respectful in terms of making sure not to knock things over and so forth. I used a discount through Angie’s List to get the work done; it was a set price of $75 to clean 30 windows inside and outside. The special price was very good. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

I signed up for a special window-washing deal with Angie's List. They responded quickly to my call and I scheduled them. This morning, I received a call from the young man who would do the washing to let me know he was caught in traffic and would be a few minutes late (traffic was horrible). I was impressed from the start. He worked quickly and thoroughly and did a wonderful job on the windows. About halfway through, another young man came and helped. I have Pella windows so they took out all the panes and washed them inside and out. The windows haven't looked this good in years. I found them professional and hard-working and will definitely use them again next year for my windows. I have also requested a bid for painting, based on other Angie's List reviews and my experience with them.

Found them through an Angie's List special offer. The estimtor called ann made an appointment, arrived on time and was sent the estimate as promised. The painter was very good, very clean.

I needed for my house to be pressure washed and I purchased this service through Prim Painting. I ordered it through Angie's list and the first business day after purchasing I received a call to schedule the appointment. The work was done within a few days and the job was done great. Very professional.

I paid one doller extra for each screen washed. All windows were included in the original "deal". I am very pleased, have recommended him to my neighbor and will use the services again.
