I love this company! I called in September to get an estimate for cleaning my windows and gutters. That day I received an estimate. I ended up buying a "deal" on another site for my gutter cleaning, which ended up being not much cheaper than Prim Painting's estimate. I put off scheduling the window cleaning for a month or two. When I called to schedule, Micah remembered my estimate but didn't make me feel bad at all about not using them for my gutters. They were able to schedule an appointment within my time frame. On the day of my service, Micah and another employee arrived on time and got right to work. They were both very pleasant and worked quickly. When Micah gave me my invoice, he explained that they were running a special and that my price was lower than my estimate as a result! My windows, screens, and sills looked great and I thought the price was very reasonable. I am planning on having them do some power washing in the spring and, from now on, I will have them do my gutters and my windows.

I think the gentleman’s name is Nathan. I chose them because of their price and service. They were very clean which is very important when you are doing interior painting. They took extra care not to track dirt and all that. They did a great job and their follow up was excellent. They came to give me a quote and followed up a couple of days later to make sure I got. I was very pleased with them. I have recommended them to my friend.

I never had my windows cleaned professional, and I'm impressed by the job they did. They were professional, clean, and neat.

This was my first experience with Prim Painting. When I initially called for an estimate for the painting, I left a voice mail. I received a return call that same day, and we set up a time for Nathan to come up for my estimate. He was prompt, professional, and very friendly. I felt confident that I would receive good service. He was also recommended by the color expert at Sherwin Williams, so I knew I wouldn't go wrong with two recommendations! He told me he would e-mail me the estimate, which he did the very next day. I felt the price was very fair, so I called him to schedule the work. When I mentioned that we were having a party, he offered to have the work done in time for our party. Another positive as far as I was concerned! He and his crew arrived exactly on time on the agreed date, moved all the furniture and after painting, but it all back exactly as it was. They did a great job, and left nothing for me to clean up. I had purchased a "big deal" for gutter cleaning, so that was also scheduled for the same day. That crew arrived exactly when they said they would be here, cleaned out all the gutters, and met with me afterward to let me know some things they observed that needed attention. All in all, I would definitely recommend Prim Painting. In fact, I am having them back to do more painting after the holidays!

We think they charged us about $2300. Their price was really good. The only problem that we had with them was that, they didn’t finish the job as we had asked them to. We moved into the house a couple of years ago and there was a lot of superficial damage to the wall. There were just little nicks and gouges and things like that. We had asked them to fix all of them and we wanted every room to be spackled and sanded. So we wanted them to spackle and sand every room, and there were some rooms that they didn’t get to. They painted it but not every room was as nice as the others. It seemed like they had underestimated how much time it would take. They did a good job. We think that they were very professional and only one guy had a problem with breaking our things. The rest of them were really good. We would recommend them but the only problem that we had was the job they did, that they didn’t really finish it. We will use their services again in the future if we needed to.

We hired Prim through the Angie's List Big Deal. They were prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. We paid $1/screen extra for them to clean all our screens as well. I would absolutely hire them again for this service.

This was by far the best $99 I've ever spent. They did a fabulous job and were extremely professional. Will not hesitate to use them every year to do our windows. Thanks Prim Painting!

Nathan Pratt and his crew were fantastic. They were always on time, cleaned up everyday, communicated very well as to what was coming up, who was coming and what time/date things were happening. Very professional. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Work was done on time and on budget. We will definitely hire them again.

They did a professional job. They moved the heavy furniture away from the walls and then back again. They cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn't tell they had been here. The paint job was clean and crisp and looked great!

Purchased Angie's big deal for window cleaning. Because of the special I had to wait a month or so to get on the schedule but was surprised and happy that they work through the winter. It was cold and wet outside but it didn't keep them from getting the work done. They also cleaned all my screens for $1 each. Micah and partner were very professional, worked efficiently and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

The owner, Nathan Pratt, was very diligent about returning calls and getting back to me right away with work dates. He was excellent with his communication, which was greatly appreciated. All work was completed as requested. The painters were neat, personable, and efficient. They did a fine job. On two occasions we had them work at the house when no one was home, as we trusted them completely. We would recommend them for painting work and would use them again in the future.

I thought that their price was a little high. They were on time and very responsive.

I bought the gutter cleaning through an Angie's List special. Once I met Nathan, I asked for quotes on the other work and hired him. The process took a long time to complete because of the weather. In fact the deck couldn't be stained because it never dried out properly. It will be scheduled in the spring. All the workers were very pleasant and polite.

In October, we first used Prim Painting to paint our new fence and the wooden trim around our garage windows and the garage door. They did a great job with painting the fence which was a difficult task since we have a picket fence that runs along our neighbor's driveway so Prim had to make sure they didn't paint the neighbors blacktop and garage. They did an awesome job. Later this Fall, we had Micah (from Prim Painting) come out and clean all 33 windows on our house and our garage. He spent an entire day, by himself, cleaning and our windows which have never looked so bright and clear! And finally, we had Nathan and his team come back to our home to fix the ceiling down our stairwell and paint our kitchen and foyer/stair walls. We own a old house and the walls are plaster; the previous owner had wallpapered the walls. With the advice from Nathan, we decided to use an oil-based paint to cover up the wallpaper rather than attempting to remove the wallpaper which would have been more expensive, in addition to causing a ton of damage. The job started on a Thursday and they completed the work that Friday by bringing in four painters to completed the job even quicker. Nathan even knows a Sherwin Williams paint color consultant, Diane, that he directed us to use when we had troubles making a decision on paint colors. Nathan and his team treated our house like their own with solid professionalism and we couldn't be happier with the work that they did.

Overall, it was a great experience. I would have Prim Painting back to do my condo windows and any of the other services they offer.

Prim painting did a great job! They worked hard and wasted no time. They were very professional and considerate. I will call them again for their services and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Communication was excellent both before and during the job. They arrived exactly when they said they would and went ahead to get started since I was 5 minutes late. Everything was cleaned up after. A pleasant company to work with that I plan to call in the spring for another job.

I would not use them in the future. My overall experience was fine.

They responded to my request in a timely manner, did the work on time, and were very friendly. I also thought it was a very good price especially considering the cost included the paint. They were also very clean.

They were nice. They were fine but I did not use them as their price was very high. I may use them again for an estimate in the future. He got right back to me with the estimate and he was very nice. So, I would like to grade them as excellent.

The painter arrived a little late, not enough to cause us any trouble, and it was understandable given some traffic issues. In this regard, the only constructive comment I have is to call to notify of the delay if traffic safely permits. Anyway, once the painter arrived everything was fine. He worked efficiently, was very courteous and friendly, and did a quality job. He offered to help move furniture back into its place and was clean - no signs of paint drips or such anywhere. We couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of the painting job! We are very likely to call Prim back to do more in the future.

They were a bit late the first day but overall extremely professional. My husband works from home, which is open concept and he couldn't say enough things about how quiet, clean and professional the painters were. The wall painting was extremely well done and we are hoping to bring them back in for our upstairs remodel. I wasn't satisfied with the kitchen cabinets at first, but they were quick and very great about doing the touchups to our liking. We priced around quite a bit and got a great rate and very professional service.

They came highly recommended to me from a Sherwin Williams color consultant.. They did a great job. They were very neat and organized. They arrived on time and finished the job when they said they would. The main guy, Jimmy was exceptionally helpful and was a very good communicator through the whole process. I am very pleased with the end result and I would highly recommend them.

Nathan and his crew were able to make an out of date condo look new again. It is a wonderful transformation. Nathan called me back within 10 minutes to schedule an estimate. He has been responsive by e-mail and phone during the planning stage and work. He was thorough and fair in his pricing. His crew was professional and took care of the details, and was prompt to work in the mornings. The whole project took 3 days-amazing! A few places needed touch-ups and Nathan made arrangements within the week to come and make adjustments. We will go with Prim Painting in the future.
