They are always on time and neat and orderly with their paint. You have the same painters throughout the entire project. I couldn't have ask for anything more.

We didn't obtain other quotes as this is the second time we were going to use Prim. As before, they showed up on time and did great work. He even locked up and exited through the garage as we had to leave the house due to unforeseen circumstances

Nathan promptly came out to quote our job. After obtaining a few quotes from others, we decided to go with Prim. They guys arrived on time, covered all furniture as appropriate, repaired a crack in a wall and patched all holes that we didn’t want to keep. They completed the job without any problems and were very pleasant guys.

Prim Painting was quick to give an estimate and they arrived when they said they would, which was about 3 weeks later. While selecting the paint colors, we found we wanted something more artistic than just the same paint on all the walls. I contacted Nathan the owner, and he and his men were very accommodating. They even agreed to do a special finish/glazing applique wall project for us at the last minute, with only a few hundred dollars difference for all the different materials, labor, etc needed. We were quite pleased at this unusual wall with leaves floating on the surface. Prim Painting has wonderful customer service and always responded to my inquiries the same day. The painters who came to the house were very polite and professional, and did not leave a drop on our brand new carpet. We had no problems at all; just be sure to ask about any doors when getting the quote, as we mistaken thought doors were included in the price. However, Nathan was yet again focused on pleasing the customer, and he negotiated a very fair price for this add-on.

Everything went perfectly. They came on schedule to power wash the deck and two days later came to do the staining. They put two coats on in a morning and they did it without any overspray and covered the deck completely. They also did an excellent job with post staining clean up. I was very satisfied.

The co-owner called and said they were running a bit late and arrived exactly at the new time. They started to immediatley work, never took a break, and did a wonderful job.

This is the second time we have used Prim Painting for interior painting and once again they did a perfect job! Paul painted our kitchen and eating space, used 2 coats, and was done within one day. He moved our stove and refrigerator and cleaned the wall behind the stove before painting. He was courteous and professional. We will use Prim Painting again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I had used them many times before. I like using them because they are very professional and accommodating, and they do great work.

There was a confusion at first with the work that was to be performed, who was providing the supplies and drywall, however once that was straightened out the work that was completed was very well done and there have been no issues.

The entire experience dealing with Nathan and his crew was great. Nathan provided me with a firm estimate by only viewing pictures of our house and was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other companies. We were in constant contact and I was always given an immediate response. The crew was very friendly and did an excellent job. I will recommend Prim Painting to everyone I know.

They were very prompt in getting an estimate to us. The estimate was extremely reasonable in price (1400 for the spaces listed above). We contacted them the day prior regarding what colors we wanted. They were excellent at getting back to use whenever we had questions. Nathan followed up via email the following day to make sure everything was satisfactory and offered to come back to fix the few trim spots that needed wiped down. The four guys that came to paint our house were on time, professional, and very nice. I felt comfortable leaving them to go run errands. I was very impressed. The work they did was amazing. Our house had previously been painted very poorly, and they did a great job rectifying the previous owner's mistakes. I was so thoroughly impressed, and we plan to hire them in the coming months for a few other rooms/exterior painting.

Outstanding. Drywallers were amazing - did an excellent job in short amount of time. Painters fabulous as well - very conscientious. Communication with company was outstanding - I really did not expect this! Would highly recommend and hope to have them do more work in the future.

The performance of services went well. Prim's employees arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The quality of the work was good; very few touch-ups were needed. There was great communication from management via email and telephone, which is much appreciated. The job took a little longer than I anticipated, but the increased length of time caused no huge problems, just a little re-arranging of my work schedule. I plan to hire this company again in the future.

The outcome was very good. The house looks great, and the quality of the work seems high. I had a few issues with detail work and scheduling. I spot checked the house between daily sessions and found areas that hadn't been completed to my satisfaction. These mostly included missed trim pieces and not cutting in around features of the house as carefully as I would have liked. Some of these misses surprised me: the roof vents at either end of the house, for instance. We also had a few scheduling issues, mostly due to weather. Each time I brought something up with Nathan by email, he responded very promptly and had the crew take care of the issue the next day. The crew was professional and came when they said they would. If I asked them to take care of something unanticipated, they did it immediately and without complaint. I was happy with the outcome and would call Nathan again if I needed additional painting done.

Called and made the appointment. Micah came right on time - or maybe a little early - and went right to work. He did an excellent job and we look forward to employing them again.

The painter showed up on time and made sure that he had all of the details correct before starting. I left him alone at the house, and he was done by the time I came home. The work was excellent and even my in-laws commented on the quality of the job.

I was once again thrilled with the professional, top notch work performed by Prim. I have used them for painting previously with excellent results and the power washing division is no exception. Previous experiences with my business led me to hire them for personal needs and they again performed above expectations. Everything they touched looked new again!! Amazing transformation!

I have used Prim's services for both business and personal painting and power washing previously with outstanding results. When I evaluated my stained rug, play room, and mircofiber furniture they were my first call. I have a large dog who lives on the microfiber couch and chair. There were stains all over the furniture from both dog slobber and a variety of things my two year old has spilled. Prim came in and protected my antique hardwood floors with drop cloths before beginning. I did not think this was necessary but I was thrilled they go the extra mile to ensure my property is not damaged. When they were finished the couch that I was previously considering replacing looked new again! Not a spot was left. Same with the area rug and carpets, clean as the day we purchased them. I am extremely satisfied with the work completed as well as the fair pricing they have provided me. Any type of home service I require will warrant a call to Prim.

They fit me in the schedule working around my understandably demanding time frame. They performed above expectations and did excellent work. I will continue to use them for all my painting needs. I have never received so many compliments on a paint job!

Outstanding service. They provided the service within a week of my call. The rep arrived early (after calling to see if it was okay) and promptly proceeded to clean all my windows in a most efficient manner. They were spotless! The rep was friendly and professional. I will use this service again.

During the "good weather" days when exterior painting could take place, there were usually two people painting, although one day there were four. All of them (Paul, Jim, Mike, and Chester) were very polite, courteous, and friendly. Paul made sure that the stain was the color that I wanted. He was really very considerate in making sure that everything was the way I wanted it. All of the painters did a very neat painting job and cleaned up the area well each day after painting. Everything really went very well. The painting was spread out over a rather long period of time due to weather problems and other job commitments that Prim Painting had, but that really wasn't a problem. Nathan Pratt was very responsive to my e-mails and kept me well informed by e-mail as to which days the painters would be at my home. I am very pleased with the paint job. The house looks just great, and I've had a lot of compliments on it from my neighbors.

The window cleaners did a very thorough job and did it very efficiently. It didn't take as long as I thought it would for them to wash all of my home's windows and skylights. Everything went very smoothly, and the window cleaners were polite and professional. The same people did my gutter cleaning last fall, and I would recommend them for either gutter cleaning or window cleaning. I was pleased with the results.
