I called Prim on July 3 to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Nate was at the house 3 hours later and I received the quote on July 5. The work was scheduled for July 24 and 25, with a potential for a few hours on the 26 to finish details. A crew of 3 worked the 24th and 25th, and Nate completed the finishing details on the 26th. The crew arrived on time each day, cleaned the area daily and worked steadily to complete the project on time. Their behavior was professional and appropriate. I would hire them again.

Extremely smooth from start to finish. I understand the high ratings. Brandon gave us a quick and very reasonable price. Jackson arrived as scheduled, took his time and did an exceptional job, was very courteous , cleaned up after himself very well and was a pleasure to have in our home. While this was a relatively small job, he treated it as if it was the most important thing he had to do. I will not hesitate to recommend the company and Jackson.

Micah was very nice and extremely professional, and his estimate was much more reasonable than the two others I received. He arrived early when he came to do the job, and everything looked just beautiful when he finished. The walkway all around the house, my pool deck and driveway look brand new! This was not an easy job, and there is no one I could recommend more highly.

Overall the paint job looks good. We had a problem with two lesser experienced painters who got paint everywhere (on carpet, trim, splatters all over the bathroom) and missed quite a few detailed spots. As it was a big job, I asked more experienced guys who showed up the next day to fix the items I noticed. Which they did promptly and effectively. However, I am still finding paint splatter spots all over the bathroom from the two inexperienced painters that I did not notice right after the job was done. It is not my expectation that I would have to follow up and check the work of professionals in such detail. They got the job done, but the owner need to ensure the quality of the work of their employees.

Prim Painting did a very good job of painting 2 bedrooms for us. I only wish they wouldve applied 2 coats of paint for this offer.

I contacted Prim Painting online through Angie’s List and got a response right away. Setting up an appointment for an estimate was quick and easy. Received estimate promptly and felt it was a good, fair price, which also included the Angie’s List discount they advertised, without me even having to ask for it. We set up a time to have the painting done, which was only within a couple of weeks from the estimate, which surprised me, as I thought I’d have to wait much longer. We had moved all the furniture already, but they had offered ahead of time to help, if it was needed. Said they would fill any nail holes left in the walls and would repair any dings or dents that they found. Painters arrived right on time, went out and bought the paint, and the work began. Painters were very respectful, quick, and clean, asked appropriate questions as needed, gave suggestions, and kept me informed when they left for lunch, when they would return, their expectations for the completion of the work, etc. When finished, I was asked to inspect everything, which looked wonderful. Paint was applied evenly, nail holes were filled and smoothed, and edge lines at the ceilings and borders were crisp and clean. They cleaned up any messes made, including the floors and sinks used. Nathan kept in touch to make sure everything was going well and to see if there were any problems, etc. When all the work was completed, he followed up to see if they needed to come back out to make any touch-ups or corrections. I received an accurate invoice and mailed the check right out to them. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Prim Painting again and highly recommend them to everyone. High quality, reasonable price, professional, caring, and considerate. The “perfect” Angie’s List company!

My entire experience with this company was excellent, from start to finish, including phone and email communications. The owners do an excellent job of hiring their workers; every painter I met (about six, I think, since this was a large job) seemed to truly enjoy his work, and they all were highly professional. The work itself was top-notch, the painting and window-cleaning were flawless, and they even returned days later to add one more coat to one bedroom as needed when I requested it. Overall, you could not ask for more, and you will not be disappointed.

Found them on Angies list. They were prompt to provide an estimate. They scheduled the work and showed up on time. The workers were friendly and professional. - people you don't mind having in your house. Work was done quickly and very well. They patched and painted a spot on the ceiling and you couldn't tell it was spot painted. Very good work. The guys even cleaned our windows after pressure washing around them. Nathan did a great job at keeping us informed and keeping the estimate up to date with changes. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would very definitely have them back in the future

We were hesitant at first as we have always cleaned our windows, but our schedule dictated the need to utilize outside services. We were pleasantly surprised at the high degree of service. Our windows sparkled like never before. More importantly, they seemed to stay cleaner longer. We will definitely utilize their service next time we need our windows and screens cleaned. I would highly recommend their services.

This company was extremely responsive and knowledgable. They were prompt setting up an appointment and also providing me with a written estimate. Even after I decided to go with another co. to paint the exterior of my home -they were professional and courteous. I will definitely contact them in the future with painting jobs.

I really appreciate that they text and keep me informed about any ability to bump up the schedule-- I feel like they give a personal touch and attention to our job even though I can't imagine how busy they must be.. the work is great and they are willing to come back until you are 100% satisfied. Fabulous! Easy to get a quote. Easy to communicate with. Professional, courteous, timely, and trustworthy staff. Will use them again for certain. In addition, I received three quotes for the same job and Prim Painting beat all of the other bids. Great value for the $!

It went excellently. I called for an estimate on pressure washing and within one business day, I got a return call. They were able to perform the estimate quickly and got me on the schedule in record time. Their price was very reasonable. They showed up on a Monday and were done in no time. The job was very well-done and the guys that came out were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job...my house looks great! I will definitely use them in the future.

I called and left a detailed message of the work to be done. Mike called back within 2 hrs. He was booked for two weeks but put me on "stand by". He called 2 days later and said they had an opening and came out within 2 hrs. They did a great job and the front porch looks brand new. All mildew/dirt are gone. He even got a stubborn grease stain off our garage door, and they used mild detergents, no harsh chemicals. I'm going to use them to clean our windows and also get an estimate on some interior painting. Fantastic experience!

The fence looks like new! And we can't wait for our busy summer entertaining season with everything looking so good.

My experience with Prim Painting was a very good one. I got 3 estimates from 3 different Angie's List companies and they offered the most work for the best price. They were also very responsive. Everything from estimate to invoice was pretty much done over email, which worked best for me. There were some paint chips on the porch after the house was pressure washed but certainly not enough for me not to give this company an A. Was happy that they left the paint they used in case I need to use it again. Good experience, good service, good work. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I received a text that they were available to paint the interior of the house because it was raining and they were not able to complete an exterior work request. The painters came promptly at the time specified and worked diligently all day. We have quite a high 2-story foyer and a lot of molding. They prepped all the areas and then painted our foyer and hallways perfectly. The work they did was perfect! Everything looks so beautiful and I am excited for them to paint the exterior and front door. The work they do is well worth their fee. I would recommend them to anyone who needed the job done right, and timely. Plus, they really accommodated my obsessive need to have the area painted ASAP. They worked me in.. I don't know who did the bedroom, NOT them-- but the molding (crown and base) has paint all over it-- I'm guessing they must have done it themselves. THANKS PRIM!
