Prim Painting arrived the same day that I called for an estimate and e-mailed a proposal that evening that was competitive to those I had already received. Since the work consisted of painting a family room, power washing and replacing exterior trim, the work was performed on three separate days. On each day Prim Painting's team members arrived on time and performed exceptional work. I would highly recommend Prim Painting and will definitely use them for my next painting or cleaning project. Nathan and his team are true professionals who provide outstanding customer service and quality work.

It was very good. Prim Painting was very responsive, and the painters were nice and personable. Furthermore, they completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Quick and easy job! No problems with the repainting. The painter even went and got paint swatches and brought them back to me to make sure it was the exact color that I wanted.

Nathan responded quickly to my request for a price quote. He did not use a hard sell approach at any time and was very willing to answer any and all questions. Once Prim was hired, Nathan gave an estimation for when his crew could start and how long it would take. He also stated that the price quoted would not change unless problems were encountered in the removal of wall paper in a small half bath. Nathan was true to his word in each of these areas. His crew arrived on time each day, they completed the job on the appointed date and the price was exactly what was quoted from the beginning with no adjustments. Further, the crew was flexible in that our family had planned a trip out of state during the time the job was to take place. They agreed to stop work while were gone and begin again after our return and were still able to complete the project on time despite the two days lost. The crew was friendly, helpful and professional. Nathan was in touch throughout the process and responded very promptly to all questions. The work Prim did is outstanding. I have done a great deal of painting in our previous homes and am thoroughly impressed with this company. The job was large and difficult but they paid careful attention to detail and were careful to address every part of the project with care. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been researching this Company for at least a year before I actually contacted them. I interveiwed 5 Companies. Of all the Companies I interviewed, I wasn't excited about the upcoming project until I met Brad from Prim Painting. His entire presentation was above the others. After Brad's (owner) visit, I kept in contact with Nathan (owner) via email almost everyday, because I had lots of questions. He was always available no matter what time of day I wrote him, I always got a response in less than 12 hours. Once we finalized the date, the crew arrived. They were prompt, three men, who were also professional, courteous, and amazing at their craft. I have two Shih tzus who kept barking for the first 3 hours before my husband came up with a plan that would keep them quiet, but safe and happy. The men were very friendly to my pets; They one of them (Ryan) even came down to the lower to meet and greet them. Once he did that, it really seemed to put my dogs at ease. I want to address them personnally on Angie's List to thank them for the wonderful job they did. I have read former reports of how courteous, kind and respectful of your home they are. And yes, it's true, all of it and they really do clean up after themselves each day while they're on the job in your home. We had very little to do after they left. Mike (I believe the other gent's name is Mike), was even looking for the vaccum, I thanked him, but told him I'll do that after everyone leaves and I can then re-arrange the furniture and hang pictures; It was exciting. We are already exchanging emails with Nathan to schedule more projects such as installing crown molding and wainscotting in my husband's office, the tray ceiling and first floor 1/2 bath. One of the men, Jackson, even took time to draw out a description of what I believe I want for a window over our kitchen sink. His drawing was spot on. And if I have missed named or mixed up the names, please forgive me. No matter what, I truly had a very good experience. We have many more projects to go, like painting the exterior of the house, the interior walls of the garage, and window cleaning in the Spring. I'll be sure to call Prim Painting. They did a good job and painted everything that I had asked for. They were easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves.

It went well. They were supposed to come a few days before and did not show, but it seemed weather related. Showed up a few days later on a sunny day and did a nice job. House looked great!

Contacting Nathan from Prim Painting was extremely easy and efficient. His communications were timely and pleasant. He met with me about 3 weeks before the work was done and was a huge help in selecting colors, providing really great advice regarding the light in the rooms and particular color shades. He provided an estimate for essentially every room in the house that I'd like to have painted, and then I was able to prioritize which rooms to begin with based upon our budget. The prices were very reasonable. The crew that arrived at the home was pleasant and professional. The work was completed in a very timely fashion, and I hardly knew they were in the house. It went very smoothly. Nathan then followed up after the job was complete to make sure that I was satisfied to the work, which I appreciated.

The crew was prompt and worked efficiently. They were scheduled for five days; the job only took four. They checked with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy. In two of the bedrooms, they applied 3-4 coats of paint in order to get the coverage that they wanted. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and made sure not to leave paint supplies out around the house. They worked over a weekend, and made sure to make the house workable for us for that time. We could not be more pleased with the work they did, and we will be hiring them again in the future!

The windows looked terrific!

Micah arrived on time this morning and did a very professional job of cleaning my condo windows and doors, inside and out. I have used Micah before and contacted him again for the same service. I will be contacting him again when the need arises.

Nathan was prompt to return my call requesting an estimate. He is very good at corresponding via email and by phone, and the same day we met for the estimate, he emailed me an exact quote. His dry wall repairman came the next week and the painter the following week. The ceiling looks as good as now.

Scheduled cleaning. When they didn't come by the time scheduled I called and found that they had not placed me on that days schedule. OK, it happens, so I rescheduled. He arrived late and I found that the overall cleaning of the windows did not meet my expectations. A lot of the windows had streaks, and the window sills were inconsitanly wiped out.

They did an amazing job cleaning my windows inside and out. They also cleaned my screens. They did a great job and were very professional. I will use them again.

Services were great. They were extremely responsive through e-mail (a trait I really value) and very prompt to meet us for both the estimation and the project execution. The lived exactly to the estimated schedule and duration. The painters were very clean and brought their own vacuum along with the painting supplies. They were careful and precise in their painting and everything turned out exactly as I hoped.

The company responded quickly to our request for an estimate. The estimate was e-mailed the same day and was professionally done. The estimate was higher than others we received so we decided to go with another company.

Very professional, easy to get ahold of and schedule the estimate. When I had questions about the estimate, Nathan emailed me the answers the same day. Prim Painting was able to paint for us about 10 days after the estimate was completed. The painter was very prompt and brought the correct color of paint with him and finished the room in an amazingly short amount of time.

We had a very positive experience with Prim Painting. In every instance, from the paint quote to the actual days of painting, everyone was punctual and courteous. We felt that the quality of work was high and that much attention was paid to making sure that the painting was done correctly and to our satisfaction. In some cases, this included triple coats of paint to properly cover previously-stained wood trim. The work was completed in the amount of time that was quoted and for a reasonable cost.
