Vey well. Contacted them for estimate and had a call from them within a day. Gt 3 estimates and they were one of two lowest. Worked with Nathan. Signed contract and scheduled job within about 3 weeks of initial contact. Painter spent day and applied two coats as well as caulked as needed. Nice guy. Paint looks great.

I contacted Prim Painting after finding them and their excellent reviews on Angie's list. The next day they gave me an estimate. Upon agreeing on the estimate, a date was set 2 weeks ahead which was perfect for me to slowly clear all the small items from the rooms (CDs from the CD rack, silk flower arrangements on top of the kitchen cabinet...etc). Josh and John arrived sharply Monday morning at 8am. I had picked out the color of paint ahead so after they picked up the paint from Sherwin Williams they carefully prepped the areas, moving the big furniture into the middle of the room, covering all the furniture and flooring, and taping around all the woodwork. By 4pm they were all done. Everything looked great. They put all the furniture back and cleaned up the area well. I thought painting these 2 rooms was going to be awful but it turned out to be painless. I would not hesistate to use this company's services again.

I have no idea where this window came from. I dont know how to get rid of it. Needs to be deleted.

Overall, a good experience. Professional. We were pleased with the results.

He showed up on time and did a wonderful job. He was very polite. I was amazed at how quickly the work was done. I would have them again.

The men that came to do the work were very friendly, listened to our needs and got to work fast. Short and sweet, the first time around things didn't go smoothly. The paint dried in a wavy pond kinda way. Ripples were exposed and it didn't look right at all. Kind of an inconvenience because we were kitchenless for a few days, but we survived. We informed them of the issue and they promptly came out (with owner i think) and got it done right the second time. Things happen. It's the response that matters and they did respond and met our needs and we love our "new floors". Once again, super friendly, great people, got the job done. Overall a B+ experience.

The owner corrected any problems that occurred. He was very responsive and professional. The gutter cleaning wasn't done as per advertised, but owner was very eager to remedy the situation. I am very pleased with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.

They were very responsive to the initial request for an estimate. The estimate was prepared and sent to me within a couple of days, within the exact timeline mentioned. Upon my approval of the estimate, the work was scheduled quite quickly. Prior to them coming, I moved the furniture to the middle of the rooms and put away anything breakable. On the day work was to begin, there was an issue getting into the house. The painters were very cooperative as we were coming up with a solution to what the problem was and how to get them in. Once they were able to start work, they kept in touch with me with questions, validating what was to be done and kept me updated on the progress. The work done was done well. There were some drips and stuff I cleaned up afterwards, but they were more than welcome to come back and fix whatever I wasn't satisfied with: I just chose to do it myself. Great company to work with: reliable, informative, professional...quality work!

Worker called made appt. came on time and did a very good job in good time. Wasted no time.

He was prompt,worked quickly and was pleasant . He did an excellent job on the windows.

It went OK. The ceiling had some bubbles in it soon after it was painted. I called this company back and he came out to fix it. It still doesn't look perfect, but it's satisfactory.

We bought a $75 coupon and didn't use it in time. They agreed to let us use it toward a more extensive (and expensive) service, which we considered fair, and they did a good job.

Overall the paint job was of good quality; however, the paint crew was careless about masking woodwork and covering furniture so there were drips scattered throughout the area they painted. Also the wood around a new skylight was not painted. Someone came back later and corrected most of this.

When I called to set up the service, the gentleman gave me a reasonable date he could complete the job. But I needed the work done sooner, so he offered to come the very next Saturday morning. I really appreciated his willingness to accommodate my request to complete the work so quickly. He did a nice job and asked that I let him know if there were any problems. If I had followed up, I would have said that some of the house dirt that had been washed off adhered to the windows and porch floor. So, while the house and garage got cleaner, those other areas did not. That is my sole reason for grading the quality as good as opposed to excellent. In all fairness, though, I am certain if I had called about those areas, the company would have taken care of it.

Everything was very good except for the thorough removal of the of the paste.

The crew arrived 5 minutes early and were dressed in matching company uniforms. They began the work and finished very quickly and the house looked amazing. I was very happy with the job they did. I had another compnay come a supposedly power wash the year before and I was very unhappy. Prim is a company i will call back to do more work in the future.

There were two painters and both were very respectful and detail oriented. They took the time to make sure they performed high quality work that I was completely satisfied with. They were on time every day over the three days it took to complete. I will definitely use Prim Painting again and have already referred them to friends.

They were prompt, personable and qualified. After they left, I found a small problem in the wall that they had missed, and they came right back to fix it. I felt comfortable with them in my home and was thrilled with the results. I will definitely use them again.

He did a great job. though, while he was cleaning one of the windows a crack developed. He informed me immediately of the incident and offered to pay for any repair work. Fortunately, we had Rosatti Windows and they come with a lifetime warranty. In fact, the repairman from Rosatti said that it should not have cracked and it was most likely a flaw during the installation process. He replaced the window in about 30 minutes and all is perfect. I give Prim Painting high credit for pointing out the issue. He could have very easily left and not mentioned it and we might not have noticed for a while. I will give my business to in individual with integrity every time. The overall job was very good and he took great care in getting the screens back into the window slots.

Perfect workmanship, 100% satisfied. I can't recommend their awesome carpenter Jackson enough! This is our 2nd and 3rd time hiring Prim Painting. Call them and speak with Nathan who will take care of all of your contractor needs. I highly recommend them over and over again. Super-cool guys who always do what they say they will do. Easy to work with. If only other contractors like plumbers and electricians could be exactly like them!

The company was very professional, responsive, and cleaned all the leaves from the perimeter of the house after removing them from the gutters. I recommend and would use this company again.

Nathan arrived on time to our home to provide an estimate for the areas to be painted. The estimate was timely and fair. His painters arrived promptly, discussed my paint choices and areas to be covered. Each surface was prepped and floors and furniture covered with drop cloths. The workers were polite and efficient. They kept me apprised of their progress and timeline. The finished work was everything we had hoped it would be. I have no reservations about their work and recommend them whole-heartedly. They are scheduled to return in the spring to complete some exterior work.

The estimate process was smooth and the scheduling was done via email (but could have been done by phone). The painter was prompt and professional and really did a good job. They had no problem with using paint we provided. They are easy to work with and I can recomend them to those who have painting projects they want to get done.
