Nathan was very responsive to all phone calls and emails. He kept us well informed during the whole process. His team did admirable work on the stubborn wallpaper removal. The painting went very well and when I specified a low-odor paint his painters told me that was what they preferred since it was healthier for them too. I was impressed by that. When there were things that were not quite right he came back and made them right without questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan and crew for any painting or wallpaper removal jobs.

They were extremely flexible in getting everything done, even changing up plans when the mover showed up two days early.

Purchased an Angies List deal to use the company In short, the window cleaning never happened. I contacted the contractor before my deal expired in late 2011. He (contractor) recommended that due to the late time of year and his schedule, might be better to wait until spring.That seemed reasonable so I agreed. He took my contact info and said he would call me in March/April timeframe to schedule something. That was the last time i heard from him /them... This situation is at least partially my fault as i should have contact them when he didn't call. But i had misfiled my certificate and his contact info. It wasn't until I got my reminder to review contractors that i recalled the name of the firm. The pricing seemed fair for the work to be performed but i cannot comment on the quality of their work, rather my experience with trying to get it scheduled. Contractor was polite and accommodating in our brief interaction. Again, partially my fault, since i didn't follow up/keep his info handy ... Lesson learned, lost $$$'s!!! **UPDATED 1/3/2013 The contractor reached out to me and offered his apologies for not connecting with me. He also offered to honor the cleaning certificate for this spring or give me a refund. I appreciate their responsiveness and will take them up on their offer to clean my windows this spring. I have revised my scores and or times marked "N/A' for them and will do a proper update of my review based on the when the work gets scheduled and performed. I appreciate their )Prim's) efforts to satisfy their customers and that is all a customer can ask for. Mistakes happen. It takes a company of character to 'own' their mistake and make it good. The work was done on time and it took less than an hour.

Overall, went very well. Only complaint was that there was a few drops of paint on our two light fixtures. The quality of the work, however, was very good. No paint on woodwork. Did a fairly nice job of smoothing wallpaper seams.

It just went great as I explained above. Carpet cleaning was wonderful and got same-day estimates on other work I will do in the future. Because I am new to Angie's List, I didn't know how the report back to you worked but am very glad you contacted me today because this company deserves a top rating and I wanted to give them a review.

Nathan was easy to contact by phone and e-mail. A wriitten estimate was provided very shortly after the initial visit. The work was completed over several days since the job was a large one. Throughout the job, Nathan was responsive and helpful. His employees were courteous, careful and neat. I was also pleased that they painted samples of the 3 colors I was considering on the wall so I could see how they would look prior to choosing one. They obtained all paint and supplies. The transformation in the house was remarkable! I am very happy with both the process and outcome and would use this company again.

Both the owner and employees of Prim Painting were highly responsive and professional. Scheduling was easy and the owner, Nathan, made sure that all work was done well and to our satisfaction. Following the initial painting, there were a few touch-ups required. These were taken care of quickly and with good attention to detail. Subsequent gutter cleaning was also handled in a professional manner and we are please with the service received.

Scheduling was a breeze and they showed up on time. Windows looked great when they were done! One of the windows needed some additional treatment which they handled promptly! Would definitely use them again for this service.

They did do the service however, it was a little hard to get scheduled. They did the service while I was not at home so I cannot be sure of the quality of the work. They left a sheet in our front door. The price was fair and kept my husband off the roof so from that perspective I would hire them again, though I've seen better (less expensive) prices for this service and would want to arrange to be home for this service.

We purchased the window cleaning service from Angie's List Big Deal. We scheduled the cleaning as we were getting ready to list our house for sale and with the economy in that state it is in, every little bit helps. They showed up at the appointed time, and cleaned the glass portion of the windows. We should have been more diligent in getting the specifics about what exactly would be done, and I would caution any one using them in the future to be very specific in your wants.

It was a great experience. Prim Painting did an outstanding job. The walls look great, and the painters were very tidy about their work. We have no complaints about the service provided, and would hire Prim Painting again.

They cleaned all the glass including the roof and did an excellent job for an excellent price. Everything went as they said it would.

We hired Prim Painting for two separate jobs, the first one was to scrap and paint the outside of our house. Due to the wet spring, Micah was unable to begin the project when he first thought he could start, but he kept in constant contact with me to let me know where we were in the schedule. When the weather finally broke, he had the whole house scraped (stucco home), sealed, patched and repainted in just a couple of days. He was able to fix the flashing that was leaking too on our mudroom that connects the house to the garage. The team was great, took care of everything and didn't have to be watched over. We also hired Prim to come out and clean our gutters, they did a great job and took care of sealing some of the leaks in the gutter on the front of the house.

Micah and his assistant once again did an excellent, conscientious job. We used them last year also. Micah is professional, efficient, courteous and communicative. Unlike window cleaners we have used in the past, they did not leave a "mess" for the customer to clean up. We will continue to use this company and recommend to family and friends.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for ~$89 for 100 linear feet of gutter cleaning. They completed all the work even though I may have closer to 125'. I called to ask about the 100' in advance & they were very helpful/flexible in offering if there were sections that were rather clear of debris already, they may be able to make the full 125' I have. They advised on the rate if I went over the 100' & although I don't recall the amount, it was most reasonable. I was not charged any additional fee & feel this company is trustworthy. I have purchased from them for next spring & I have a neighbor who uses & loves them too.

The guys were very polite and efficient.

Micah was extremely responsive in e-mail and even when we had to reschedule due to rain. He was very pleasant and professional. He cleaned the inside windows first in case we needed to leave. The windows are beautiful, it's amazing! He cleaned the gutters and flushed the downspouts too to ensure no blockage. We had tried to get other companies to give us a quote and no one responded. Micah gave me a quote the very next day. We were able to schedule our appointment for the next week. This was the first time we used Angie's List and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend his services.

Micah was very professional in everything... from our initial conversation on the phone, to scheduling time for an estimate, and later for service, to showing up on time, and to doing an excellent job! They do lots of things besides gutter cleaning, and I will be contacting him for some more work later - including drywall repair and painting.

It went great. My wife set the time/date and they were on time, prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. My wife was very happy with the service

Mr. and his co-worker showed up on time according to the date and time agreed upon. They were very pleasant, and understanding. I was quite pleased that in spite of several major happenings which caused me to ask for an extension of time, they honored my contract without extra charges.
