Very prompt, efficient; did a very good job

They provided great service from the start with the estimate to theircrw who came to paint. we changed our mind a few times during their work and wanted different colors and they obliged. They came right back to repaint a wall which i bought the wrong paint for. I was really happy with their work and will definitely use them again.

The project began on a time sensitive note with some delays @ the beginning of the project. The summer weather resulted in a delay between the initial power wash process and the actual staining of the deck. The final stain process was done very well.

We hired Prim painting to help us revitalize a house that we were about to put on the market. It was a really good experience from the initial walkthrough and quotation, the painting work and the subsequent follow-up. We had several spots where we had previously patched the plaster and it was still showing through even with the priming and 2 coats of paint. Prim painting sent someone back out the next day to do the touch-up work, in time for the real estate photographer to complete the shoot. We sold the house less than a week after their paint work. Great bunch of guys ? personable and professional. Would not hesitate in recommending them again.

I was very pleased. The gentleman was on time and wasted no time in getting the job done. For $12 above the cleaning price of $75, he removed my screens, cleaned them, and replaced them. The windows and screens looked great!

They were great. We got them off of Angie's List and they were highly rated. The work was great although it took a little longer than I expected, but when it was all said and done it was perfect. I have no complaints. They are going to pain the outside of my house in the spring.

Prim Painting contracted for 2 coats of paint and they only painted one. We resolved the issue by them not agreeing that they did anything wrong but also dropping the bill. I told them, you are going to have to sue me to take me to court to get me to pay because I know with 100% certainty that they never painted 2 coats that they billed me. The guy is unscrupulous. I wouldn't hire him to paint a toy truck. They painted in fall of 2011 with the promise that they would come back in the spring, finish the first coat, and do the second coat. I went ahead and paid them about 40-45% even though they never billed. I figured he was a small business. I asked that before he come back that he call me to let me know because the part of the first coat that he still needed to do was on the third floor and I had a young mother living in the home and I needed to let her know that there was going to be people climbing around on the roof. He went back without calling me, told my tenants they were there for touch up, then billed me for a second coat. I know he didn't paint a second coat because I have painted extensively myself and in addition, on the fall, I marked on the building in pencil after the first coat and none of my pencil marks were covered. We argued with him on months on end. I told him sue me, just sue me, but just rest assured I will counter sue and I'll win. I don't know why you would want to use them, i really don't. He finds day workers to do the job. I know enough about small business to know, he's the one that buys the paint. He knows that they didn't buy paint for a second coat, but he went ahead and said, oh well they told me they did a second coat, I'm in between a rock and a hard place. You're saying it wasn't done, they're saying it's done. I guarantee you he knew it wasn't done because when he re-billed me in June he didn't say anything about a second coat, he just said paint full body of the house. He is extremely unscrupulous and I'm not sure why anyone would consider hiring this guy.

It was an average experience and the quality was average as well.

Good experience overall. Negatives first. - I had just restained our front steps and there was a fair amount of paint spatters after the job was completed. - Job took longer than expected Overall, the company was very easy to work with. I had several questions regarding the work during the job and they answered and completed additional work/fixes without question. They were very competitive on price. Overall I was very satisfied. Our job included replacing several sheets of sheet siding, trim as well as painting the exterior of the house.

We had a wonderful experience with Prim Painting. Painters were timely and efficient, and very patient with my two young children. They completed the job in less time than anticipated, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. We are very happy with our new stairwell/hallway and bedroom, and will most likely call Prim Painting again in the future.

They were very thorough and professional. They showed up on time. We did however have to point out some spots missed but they were very prompt to fix them. The end product was good!

I was very pleased with the work that Josh did for me. He painted my interior then came back to caulk and paint the 1/2 round after my new floors were installed. I was a bit worried because my new floors were dark and the trim was white. I was more than impressed with the workmanship. The end result was beautiful. My condo made a complete transformation with the new paint job and floors. I would recommend Prim Paints and especially Josh.

This is the third time I have used PRIM to wash windows for me inside and out. They do a great job!

Prim painted the entire interior of our house. Nathan was very repsonsive and prompt and his crew was also prompt and courteous. There were some scheduling conflicts because we were having other work done on our house (floors, cabinet refacing etc...). Overall we had a very good experience with Prim and would use them again.

Prim painting came out and gave us an estimate and once we accepted they scheduled us immediately. They were always prompt and their staff was friendly and personable. Crew leader John was exceptional.

Prim Painting arrived on time and completed the job as desired. The windows always sparkle after they are finished. They work quick and efficiently and I am happy to call them. I feel that they provide good value and a great service.

Nate was very patient and helpful setting up the appointment and giving general advice on paint colors and finishes. Please note that if you need a color consultant, this is not offered through Prim, however Sherwin williams will provide this service if you spend $75 on paint. The guys showed up on time every day (this took 3.5 days). The painting looks great and I'm pretty happy with the faux finish. Everyone who comes into our house has commented on how great it looks. Nate did everything he could to make sure we were happy. The price was competitive. We got 3 quotes and Prim's was in the middle, however the lowest would not do a smooth fresco finish so I hate to include that one. Painters were polite and patient. Good customer service. As a side note, Nate is great with email. Some companies don't like email and aren't good with attachments and replys. This is important to me because I'm an email person too so this made my like much easier.

Great experience. Nathan and another painter came out on time and were finished with job in less than 2 hours (3 coats!). They were very fast, the paint looked great, and the price was less than another company we obtained a quote from. Very good experience overall. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again (and I plan to)

One painter did the kitchen and did a very nice job. The other painter did the bathroom and I feel did a sloppy job. I am questinable if I would use them again

Nathan was very responsive to all phone calls and emails. He kept us well informed during the whole process. His team did admirable work on the stubborn wallpaper removal. The painting went very well and when I specified a low-odor paint his painters told me that was what they preferred since it was healthier for them too. I was impressed by that. When there were things that were not quite right he came back and made them right without questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan and crew for any painting or wallpaper removal jobs.
