 + -1 moreMicah and another gentleman came out to clean my carpets and a couple pieces of furniture. (Micah had power washed our house in 2012.) They were efficient and thorough. Everything looks great and dried fairly quick. They are very friendly but professional. I will happily call Prim Painting in the future.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets - 5 areas plus a sectional sofa and an over-sized chair.

 + 2 moreThey did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, very professional, very helpful and they were knowledgeable. They gave me some choices. When I changed my mind they were flexible. They were trustworthy. The thing they did the best was that they cleaned up after themselves everyday.
Description of Work: Prim Painting Ltd painted all of my house which included removing wallpaper and repairing some drywall. They painted the inside and outside of all my cabinets. They painted every inch of my house.

They cleaned up after themselves and were careful with our belongings. There were a few areas that needed touch ups after the work was done and they worked with our schedules to find a good time to return.

Description of Work: They actually came out on 2 separate days to cleaning my gutters, the man who came was very polite, efficient and cleaned up after the job. I would recommend them and use this company again. I had reviewed them a few weeks ago at Angie's List request, and had to say they had never come out to clean my gutters or return my call when I had signed up on line to an Angie's List offer. They called when they got my review, apologized for not responding, then set a date, came when they said they would and did a great job.

 + -1 moreWe wanted to spruce up our place before renting it out and we wanted to paint it neutral. Prim offered a great price. They got the work done in a timely manner and we were satisfied with the results. However, after 2 years, there have been some places that I have noticed some mistakes or paint where it should not be - which is what I would have expected if I had done it myself, not from professionals. All in all, it was a good value for the money and I would use them again for my rental property.

Scheduling was easy and efficient, we didn't have to wait long to have the service performed, the workers were punctual, professional, and fast, and the windows were beautiful. While they were here, we got an estimate for the service's regular price, and it was very reasonable. We'll definitely have them back this spring.

He also cleaned our sliding glass door and sidelights of our front door, plus was able to reach the high windows in our great room with no problem. I will definitely use them again in the future (and am using them to paint the interior of our house!). Well done!

He arrived with his team on time and reviewed the work to be done with them. Jim and Jimmy were very knowledgable and professional. They arrived the next morning to finish the job on time despite a huge snow the night before. I was very impressed with there attitudes and the job they did. I will defiantly use Prim in the future.

I just wanted someone to be there, and the individual thought that I needed to be there, so he wait for over an hour for me to show up. Eventually my wife asked what was going on and the confusion was cleared up.  + -1 moreIt started out fine. We were under a little bit of a time constraint(trip planned out of town). As the deadline neared, they brought in another person. Communication became a problem in the rush to finish. The wrong paint texture was used on the woodwork. We wanted high gloss and more of a flat finish was used. They also started painting the inside of doors upstairs which were not to be painted. they corrected the problem and were good to work with otherwise.
Description of Work: We contracted to have the family room,dining room,living room, stairs up, and hallway upstairs painted. This included the woodwork, both baseboards and crown molding.
