From my initial contact with this company, asking to receive an estimate for work until the completion of the work- they were amazing! The estimate for the work was very competitive with the other quotes I received, but their professionalism from the start is what made me select them. They responded promptly, listen to my project requirement, accommodated my schedule, their quote was the most detailed, arrived on time and when they got to work- they really worked. The owner and the painters were polite and professional. The painters were extremely careful with anything they moved and immaculate with clean up. The quality of the work was almost perfection. I noticed an extremely small areas requiring touch up, which no one would notice but me. They were out the next day and did the touch up in less than an hour, so now it is Perfection! I have trim above my cabinet in the kitchen and we were not sure if the paint would stick. They assured me that if it did not set in 30 days, they would come out and remove it, fix the wall and paint it. They do a great job, but they also make sure you are satisfied. And they did! I would highly recommend them and I will use them for all my painting.

From the initial quote to job completion the job was well done and extremely professional. All appointments were on time. The work performed was done with high quality including the daily clean up of the work in progress and at completion. I was very happy with the overall experience.

Prim Painting Ltd didn't get all the stains out. The technician said he couldn't get the stuff any cleaner even though it had a lot of dirt in it. The punctuality and professionalism were excellent.

They were professional and fast and thrual. Very reliable.

We received a quote for both interior (whole house) and exterior (trim and doors) painting. We decided the exterior was the priority at this time. After being added to Prim's list for the spring, we were contacted by a power wash company who arrived and completed work when stated. Prim arrived the following week and painted the outside in two days. The work is well done. The color matching was great. Antonio took a piece of downspout for color matching and had it made darker by 15-20% to look new and unfaded. The only surprise for us was that work began without a "heads up." I am glad I was home when work began so I was able to open doors for painting. The crew that did the painting was very thorough and did a great job. They even responded quickly to a few spots I noticed needed a little touch up. We are highly satisfied with the work and look forward to having the interior painted in the not so distant future.

First let me say that when I called Prim painting my call was returned promptly. They came out and gave me a quote which was within the two other quotes I received. I chose Prim because they scheduled to see the job within a short time period and did the quote within a short time period. Ben (the painter) came promptly. Looked professional and had a friendly, yet professional demeanor. He moved everything carefully and did an excellent job with the painting. Cleaned up and put everything back as it originally was, asking me if everything was placed in a position that I wanted it. When the stove was moved out I discovered that it was absolutely filthy and probably hadn't been moved since the condo was built. Since it was "close quarters" I was unable to get behind it and clean it. Ben realized this bothered me. He vacuumed it and got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed the area. As far as I'm concerned, kindness like that doesn't exist in a lot of people. He was fabulous. I have already recommended Prim painting to 2 other people and would use them again. Ben was not only an excellent painter, but he is an outstanding human being. Thanks!

Micah arrived at the appointed time. He was careful and thorough in his work. The results were excellent. He was very professional and courteous.

I used Prim Painting for my home before we moved to this condo. I was very pleased with them so I didn't hesitate to contact them for the job in the basement of this condo. They came out right away and looked at what needed to be done. I had an estimate via e-mail by that evening and scheduled the job for a week later. Once again, they did an outstanding job. When the time comes, I will be contacting them again for the upstairs. I highly recommend them for any painting you need to be done. They are trustworthy to work in your home with or without you being there.

Nathan showed up on time for the estimate which included the cost of all required paint. He took room by room notes on work to be done and promptly got back to us with an estimate. Multiple coats of primer were required for first floor ceilings where a lot of plaster work was done several weeks before this job. They stuck with this until they got it right. The job was also made more difficult by the giant storm that left behind days of 90 degree temps and no air conditioning as they finished their work.

Overall our experience was good to fair. There was a little confusion when the contracted painter arrived as he was not aware that he needed to paint our front door and trim and instead thought he was only painting our shutters. I had to call Nathan to verify that the painter would have all of the necessary tools to sand and paint the door since he was dropped off and was unaware of the full scope of the project. The painter did a fairly good job but got paint on the sides of the windows which I had to ask Nathan to send someone back over to clean up. (They cleaned up one of the two windows and we'll probably have to clean the other ourselves.) I also had to ask Nathan to send someone back over to spackle and repaint a few areas on our trim where there were holes which the painter didn't attempt to repair. We also had our siding pressure washed and our windows cleaned. They looked great, but my only complaint was that the dirt/grim from the house washed onto the driveway, and when we got home, our driveway was green and our hose was left out. I wish they would have taken a quick second to spray off the driveway to clean it up before they left and put the hose back where they found it. So again, my experience was okay. I just think this company is lacking a much needed attention to detail. If they spent a little more time taking care of those things, I would have probably used them again in the future.

He comes every year. We have a pretty good sized house with a lot of windows. He's a good deal.

Micah performed the carpet cleaning and was very efficient and pleasant. He spent about 2 hours doing the 4 areas and the stairs. He also applied a stain repellant on the carpet after cleaning it though it appeared to me that this stain repellant made the carpet a little more stiff in texture than it was originally (these carpets had been cleaned previously by another service provider so I don't think that it was the cleaning agent that caused the stiffness). After a while, vacuuming has softened the texture a little. The carpet cleaned up to "look" very beautiful, and I was very pleased with the cleaning results.

I called back in the spring after the 2nd death, and asked if they would honor the coupon. They refused. I understand they were within their rights; it had expired. But I felt they should have made an exception in my case. I ended up losing the money. I will not work with them again.

Nathan quoted me over email after a phone call and his communication was prompt. Then he notified of the time they would be out and kept his date.

They left my house clean and they did remove lot of stains from the carpet, so overall they did a great job. Their rate was most affordable. They have good work ethic. I would use them again.

I like them a lot and have used them before. They are easy to work with, are responsive and do a good job. Their pricing is pretty competitive.

Good job, very reasonable cost

The work took longer than expected because of humidity and the weather but the work was very neat. When I contacted the owner because the built in dresser had not been painted, they promptly came out to paint it. The only complaint I have is that we didn't agree to have the interior closet doors painted and they did it anyway. Because we did not expect that this would be painted, we had not removed our shoes and clothes; consequently, the shoes were covered in dust from the sanding. so there were some communication issues but the work was very carefully done and even though the house is older and has plaster walls, they look like new.

I'm very happy about the work. Prim Painting gave me an estimate over the phone and followed up with an email. I liked that because I didn't have to schedule a time to meet them for the estimate. They did all the work in the estimate and held to it. I liked that too (I guess I gave a good estimate of the size of the job size). I was initially concerned about a painting company doing window washing and pressure washing (how can a company be good at a lot of different things, right?). But, Micah Doyel, who is one of 3 partners explained that he was in charge of the specialty cleaning and his partners were in charge of painting. That made sense and Micah and his assistant arrived on time, were very pleasant, got to work quickly and were done in about 3 1/2 hours. I made Prim Painting one of my *Favorites* in Angie's List and plan to use them for carpet cleaning as well. Thanks Micah.

I chose Prim Painting based upon the excellent reviews on Angie's list and their competitive estimate. The communication was excellent from the initial estimate to the final follow-up. The employees were prompt, courteous, and highly skilled painters. I wholeheartedly recommend Prim Painting!

We purchased a big deal for them. In fact they are here today doing a second round of carpet cleaning from the first time we used. They are great. They are very responsive and professional. We thought it was a good value for money as far as the job they did. We also found out that they do painting and window cleaning. They are a great group. My wife liked that they actually did the work and we don't know how big as a company they are. They responded over the phone. It seems like a small company. The owner gets involved with the work. They are pretty clean and professional. We were impressed.

They are a wonderful company with which to work. The individuals who give the estimates are polite as are all the workers. I have more work to be done in the house and will not even get another estimate. I will always go with Prim. They work efficiently and do a great job. I work during the day so had to let them in and leave. They are completely trustworthy. When the job was finished, there were a couple spots I wanted touched up and it was done within a week and on my schedule. Their price was outstanding also. I also used them for window washing. The job was excellent and once again a great price. I have recommended them to several friends and would not hesitate to recommend them again.
