Prim Painting Ltd

First of all, I drove Nathan crazy with emails and he was very patient. I am sorry I forget the name of my painter because he was great! He came, got started, noticed the toilet was leaking, stood aside when plumber came to fix it, started again and just got it done. The walls and ceiling were very dark and I wasn't sure how he would cover them...but in no time at all he had a couple of coats on and they were perfectly done.

I emailed Prim Cleaning Services, Ltd. for a quote in early April. Within just a few hours Prim responded to my email and I had a quote for the roof cleaning within a few days. I was waiting on other quotes so I told Prim that I'd get back to them shortly. When I contacted Prim the evening of 4/11 (Friday), I received a response within 24 hours and was told that the cleaners would be at my house on Monday, 4/14. The cleaners arrived and the job was completed timely and I was very satisfied. The black streaks on my roof are gone and the roof looks great! I would definitely use Prim again!

The crew that came in did a good job, and did a great job meeting my timeline. They’re very responsive, I recommend them, and I’ll be using them again!

My client did not select Prim Painting to perform the project. The three estimates obtained for project were competitive and the decision was difficult. For future projects for my clients, I will most definitely request estimates from Prim Painting again.

Steve showed up on time and was very nice and professional. I was impressed with the work that was completed. The price also seemed very reasonable. I will continue to do business with Prim Painting in the future.

Owner very prompt to give estimates. Painters were prompt, professional and very friendly. Took the time to do things right. They transformed our kitchen and sitting room. Excellent work.

The deck still looks terrible. I watched as they painted over leaves, dirt and debris. There are spots still that look discolored. This did not turn out well. They tried to ask to fix it a third time, which was really nice, but by then I was over it. The reason for the low grade is because, although they were very nice and professional, the job needs to be completely redone. It was a complete waste of time and money.

All of the workers were professional and considerate. I would recommend Prim Painting.

Their staff was exceptional. They were always on time, meticulous, professional and courteous. They cleaned up daily, leaving no mess during the progress of the job. I felt like I received outstanding service for what I paid for. I could not be happier with the results. The ceilings in this house needed a lot of patching. They did an amazing job matching the exsisting plaster work on the ceilings and it really brought the rooms to life. The walls were done with extraordinary care and attention to detail. There were no issues when they were done. I will certainly have them back to try their cleaning services as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

3 guys, arrived on time. They confirmed what needed to be done and got right to work. They were helpful, friendly and courteous. They wasted no time and did a great job. They were done in 3 days. We pointed out a few areas that we thought needed special attention and they were addressed without fanfare or attitude. We were very pleased. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but absolutely worth every penny. We would certainly use them again and refer them to friends. Thank you Angies List!!!

They did a great job. Windows were clean & streak-free. They were careful around furniture inside and landscape outside. We'd use them again.

They painted three rooms, a stairwell and a landing. They did an excellent job. They got the job done quickly. They were able to come do the job within a week of us calling.

I've used Prim in the past and had good experience so contacted them again. The price was reasonable and included paint, touchup of walls as needed, and painting of bedroom and bathroom. Ben was the painter who came and he was great. he recognized that the paint purchased was not covering the old paint very well so he came back a second day with better paint and redid the walls. It came out great.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was perfect; wonderful. I have had my house washed before and other companies have trampled flowers or nails or things would come off my roof and they would be left there, but the person who came out was great. He came when he was supposed to, cleaned up afterwards and called me back when I made the first phone call to make the appointment. It was great. I thought it was the easiest of transactions and all of my expectations were met. The clean up was exceedingly good.

My experience with them was okay. It was satisfactory. They were here for a day and that was it. It cost more than the Big Deal. Some things were not included like the ceiling.

They did great. They got it done, quick about it, didn't wonder around, and very courteous. The pricing was good.

They performed a miracle! After having friends live in our place, it was in need of major paint and repair. I called Prim Painting. Nathan came to assess the job and we received a written quote the next day. What a relief! The work would begin in just a few days. The Prim painting crew arrived right on schedule. They painted all the interior walls, including the closets, and all the ceilings. Some of the ceilings and walls had water and drywall damage, but today because of their expertise you would never know. The place looks brand new! Thank you Nate and all the Prim Painting crew!

Can't say enough good things about crew that came to my house and this company. Large job-23 foot walls. Estimate was fast, guys were prompt and very good at what they do-hiring them again to do outside painting. Awesome company.

I’m disappointed with them. They had told me they were fine, I think they had 7 full days where they said they had no problem. I had a carpet scheduled to go in within the next week so they need to finish after I bring the new carpet in. I reminded them that it was brand new carpet and they actually spilled some paint drops on the carpet. They came and cleaned up but at the same time, I’m the one who found it. They also had gotten big drops throughout the house on finished wood which I’m still finding 7 months later. I called them to come and clean it up but it’s throughout the whole house. To have them come in, they wanted me to point out all the places and it was all over. They were one of the highest rated companies on Angie’s List. I was disappointed.

I had this job quoted by 3 different vendors, and Prim Painting was the lowest price by far. I was a little hesitant given the price difference, but am thrilled that I chose them to do the work! During the process of getting the quote and scheduling the work, they were responsive and also flexible to communicate by phone or email (I prefer email - and find that many vendors will only talk over the phone). Jackson and Jim were fantastic. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and confirmed the work to be done. They listened carefully to all of my concerns (including limiting dust as much as possible as I have a 3 year old and am currently pregnant). The work they did to repair the cracks in walls and ceilings was well done, and you can't tell that there was ever a problem. The painting work looks good as well. They worked diligently all day, and when they left I was very impressed with how clean they left the work spaces. Jackson returned on a second day to handle any touch-ups and paint one wall that hadn't quite dried the day before. They definitely put an emphasis one doing a quality job, rather than just rushing to say the job was done. Excellent service at a fair price. We will definitely hire them to do some outside work for us when the spring comes.

The paint downstairs on the first day was awesome. The second day on our upstairs, they weren't as careful- had paint splatters in our bathroom and they painted the bathroom the wrong color! I contacted Nathan, and he sent someone out shortly after to re-paint, and he did a great job.

Great job from start to finish. Very responsive via email with quotes and answering follow-up questions. Painters were professional, easy to work with, and produced a great finished product. We will definitely contact them again for a quote the next time we need painters.

The owner who came out did a good job. He also sent two painters. One of the painters did a great job and the other was average. They cleaned up well and did not leave anything behind. I did have to call the owner out to tweak things but he was very responsive.

We contracted to have the living room, dining room and family room painted. The crew showed up at time communicated. They were very professional and got right to work laying protection on the floor and asking for the paint samples we had selected. The 3 man crew was led by Paul. They worked both Monday and Tuesday to complete the job. My mother was here and they were very kind to her and answered her questions along the way. Tuesday morning I contacted Prim painting (Nathan) to see if they may be able to squeeze in the kitchen as well. We made the error of selected a paint choice too close to the kitchen color and felt we needed to do the kitchen as well. They sent me a quote for the job and I confirmed it via email. They initially didn't feel like they could get to on Tuesday, but it turned out with a little extra time they were able to get to the kitchen as well. It was a job well done and I would definitely go to this company again with any future painting needs.

and so I came home to a great newly painted bedroom. Very nice job.
