Prim Cleaning worked hard and did an excellent job cleaning all my windows. They sparkle and shine! Also they cleaned gutters that had leaf guards on them. Job was completed in 4 hours and approximately 22 windows. I think it would have taken me 8 hours to do. They also cleaned a mirror for me at no extra cost. Dislikes: Basement windows were not cleaned and screens?? Not sure if I also needed to specify. (noticed after they left) Also, Gutter cleaning caused a lot of sand(roof) deposits on driveway. I wish they would have swept up. I have used Prim before and will call them again.

A job well done. There was a storm coming the day they were supposed to come clean. They emailed us and reschedule. Came a few days later and did a great job. Very professional. We are happy with the result.

Everything went well. They were clean.

It went ok. There were slight issues with scheduling, and the clean up and attention to detail in some areas were not As clean as I would have liked. Overall a B grade.

On the agreed day, 2 painter showed in time and right away started to work on the bedroom. It was done right the 1st time. The basement took a bit more time, as we had 2 large mirrors on the wall. They took the time to take it down and paint behind it (not around it) ... in case we decide to take them down later. The sump pump was enclosed into a wooden cabinet with a slide door. The work was painted well. My wife is pretty demanding, and they obliged all her requests. The next day, I needed to get to the sump pump - I realized that they had painted the seams and I had to force myself to get to it. In that process, some paint damage occurred (my own doing). We called then right away, and they came back ta week to repair the damaged panels at no extra cost.

Prim did precisely what I thought I needed and precisely what they said they would do. But what makes these folks standouts is their exceptional skill. their willingness to go the extra mile to do what is needed, and their unusual civility! I say unusual because I expect good painting from painters, Prim does so much more; and that is rare. They are punctual to a fault. They honor their commitments and much more. Do not judge these painters by their relative youth.They are wise beyond their years. If you are lucky enough to get put into their busy schedule, you will be pleased beyond your expectations.

The owner, Nathan, was great to work with. He was very responsive through email. The personnel were pleasant and forthright. It was all straightforward and they worked hard. They got done sooner than expected on every job. We also felt did not over charge for the job.

There were no issues with scheduling and it was all handled though the message center on Angie’s List. Our deck is large and I also had him do the spindles and wall. Because of this, there were additional costs. He completed the work in about three hours and everything was great! He did a very good job with quality of the work and was responsive. He also made sure that there was no mess left behind. We were all pleased with the service.

.They provided good Sherwin Williams paint and covered both the ceilings and walls with at least two coats of paint and three in some places. I did have everything off of the walls and furniture moved to the middle of the room; however, they were kind enouigh to help move heavier furniture back to its original position when the work was completed. I was so pleased with their work, I had an additional stairwell painted. All paint work invvolves dust and dirt hidden for some time as well as sanding dust from dry wall corrections. The vast area was covered either with heavy drop clothes or furniture with thin plastic for protection. I did find a few small splatters of ceiling paint, but considering the amount of paint that was applied it was miniscule. Prim Painting did an excellent job at my residence and I will use them again.

They did a nice job. They came on time and the fence, deck, and playground look great.

They showed up on time and performed the services exactly as I would have expected. Communication was excellent.

The crew were very polite,neat,and did a FANTASTIC job!!!! I have been so happy with the job that I just look at itin amazement.

The Prim team were awesome from the very beginning! When I initially contacted them I left a message but they returned my call the same day. I explained what I wanted done and I was under a time constraint. Micah was wonderful and came out to look at what I wanted done and gave me a quote the very next day and the services were scheduled for 3 days later. The results are just amazing, I feel like I'm at a new house! I plan to have the outside trim and shutters painted and will definitely be giving the work to Prim!!

They were on time, quick, and corteous. I was very satisfied.

Asked for an estimate to mud a basement wall and some window casings. Was told someone would be coming out to look at the work and they never showed up on the scheduled day (I left work early to be home). After repeated follow up attempts I never did have someone come and look at the work requested. This was a big waste of my time and quite frustrating. If you can't or don't want to do the work please just be up front about it to avoid all the hassle.

We are extremely pleased with the job Prim Cleaning did on cleaning our windows. We only had them clean the outside of our windows because we weren't able to be home to let them inside the house. We also have a new home and thought the inside were clean. When I arrived home after the windows were cleaned, I was satisfied with everything until I walked up the stairs and saw the large picture window that's on the second level of our foyer. When I saw the window, it appeared as though the window was still dirty (it turns out I was wrong and they did a good job). I could still see the film of construction filth on portions of the window along with drip marks. Because of where the window is located, we could not reach it to verify or get very close. I emailed Micah the following day along with a picture. He immediately emailed me back and said someone would be there that day to clean the window. He emailed me again shortly after that and asked if I could meet him at the house that evening on his way home from work. He said he technician thought it might actually be dirty on the inside and not the outside. He wanted to get into the house and clean the inside of the window (free of charge) to see if it was dirty on the inside or if there was a bad seal on the window or if the outside needed to be re-cleaned. He arrive promptly at the time we discussed. He also quickly went to work and it was immediately apparent that the window was indeed dirty on the INSIDE and not the outside. I felt bad and was embarrassed. Micah nicely cleaned the inside of the window free of charge. He was extremely pleasant and did not make me feel bad at all about him coming to the house to do something we did not pay for. Trust me, I still felt bad. I offered to pay for the inside cleaning, but he insisted it was okay. It turned out they did a great job on all 47 of our windows. We will be hiring them again. I think we will have them back to clean the inside of our windows after seeing how badly the builder cleaned the inside of the windows. I have also already referred them to a friend. Micah definitely exceeded my expectations. This is a company that stands behind their work and will ensure you are happy. Thank you, Micah!!!

It worked out okay. The downspouts weren't done to my satisfaction - they go into the ground and were cracked and not cleared.

Mica and his crew arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do. They did a wonderful job. Very pleasant folks to have around and very professional. We are very impressed with this company.

We hired Vinn for the day to paint whatever we needed. At one point he suggested that he could get in more projects if we had them. Excellent work. Left everything clean. Probably would have taken us days to do what he accomplished in a work day. This is our new "go to" company

I was a bit disappointed because of the high rating. The job took longer than estimated and there were paint drops everywhere that I'm still cleaning up. Not as prim as I had anticipated.

It was fine. We weren't there so we're not sure how thorough of a cleaning they did.

He was really nice, on time, tried to be really thorough. We had some marks on our trim and he tried numerous things to try and get the marks off.
