Great service and great job done very professional would use them again

Their estimate was 1/3 of the most expensive estimate and 1/2 of the next most expensive estimate. All from A rated Angie"s List Companies. Most of the communication was done via email and they agreed to all the clarifications I added to the Agreement they sent me. When it came time to do the job we did not haave asigned agreement so I asked them to come out and one of the co owners came out and we both signed the agreement which I had amended by adding the emails. The job went well and did not take longer then a day and a half,mostly done by one painter. I was not around when he finished. Shortly thereafter I noticed that a section toeward one end did not look like it had been painted. The paint match was so close I could not tell for sure. Nate came out and took a look and said they may have misssed some spoots and they would come out and do that portion again. They did come out and put one coat on that area in about an hour and a half which was about right for two painters. Given the price and the overall acceptable quality of the job I think it was worth the extra effort i put in . I think it pays to be around for the entire time whenever you have contractors working on your house.

Finished in one day. Cleaned up, no mess left behind. Very professional and courteous.

We have used them many times, for indoor and outdoor painting and gutter cleaning. They removed and replaced all our deck furniture to do the washing and painting. They are always, prompt, punctual and efficient. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to others.

Showed up on time, did a great job, especially matching the color of the stucco paint to the rest of the house.

My experience was good. They were professional and they did not make any mess. They came on time for the appointment. They did everything that we wanted and they did it well, especially since the gutters are high in the back.

Removed key spots and we were happy with their results. Very polite and professional, wore shoe covers. Have used Stanley Steamer in the past with good results but this provider had lower prices and was recommended by a friend. We would gladly use again!

Steve, the painter did a fabulous job. He was personable, courteous and a pleasure to have in the house. He removed the wallpaper in my kitchen, painting the kitchen and doorframe and corked the necessary areas to give it a professional look. He did an excellent job, and he did a great job cleaning up. Could not be happier. I will definitely use them again for my future needs.

They were AWESOME!! We moved into a 25-year-old home that needed a lot of updating. We had Prim Painting paint all the wood trim and door white in the first floor and upstairs hallway. We also had them paint all the rooms on the first floor. I contacted them about an estimate and received a call back within hours. Brad came to my home and took extensive notes for an estimate and asked good questions so we could narrow down the scale of the project. I received the estimate via email a few days later and it was broken down by room for the entire house. Our budget did not allow us to paint the entire house so I emailed Prim back and they revised the estimate for the first floor and second floor hallway. The job was scheduled for 7 days, but ended up taking 9 because the trim needed more coats than previously thought. The painters were punctual and very professional. I was very comfortable with them in my home and they even treated my dogs well. My house looks amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Nathan Pratt and team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Prim Painting to anyone. They get an A+ for communication, timeliness, execution and cleanliness! I would also recommend Prim Cleaning - they did a great job power washing and window washing.

This was a wonderful experience. Antonio was not only a very competent painter, he is a really nice guy! A very professional job, done on time, with punctual arrival, and very high quality work. Very highly recommended. (When we had an issue involving the power washing that badly dirties our windows . . . that had been cleaned recently . . . Prim offered to clean them again "at cost." Well, they did such a good job cleaning the windows, I paid them three times cost to show my appreciation. Prim is a highly professional operation that does extremely good work at a very reasonable cost.

The crew did an excellent job power washing our deck, but they did not rake back all the mulch that was pushed out of flower beds onto the grass.

Great service. Nathan was a pleasure to work with and very patient while we looked at different colors and finally decide on what we wanted to be done to our house. His crew showed up on time and introduced themselves the first day. Always left our house clean with all of their tools and paint hidden away in a closet and out of sight. Very impressed with the work and will be hiring again in the future for the remaining painting to be done in our home.

Nathan Pratt has a very professional company. The workers were friendly and professional. The quality of the work was outstanding. There are always glitches in any job and Nathan was quick to respond and remedy things. I am very happy with the results and would recommend him. I have a friend in the real estate business this is always looking for a good painter. I plan on referring them to her. I am so glad that I was able to find them on Angie's List. Prim was very professional. They cleaned the gutters on our second and third floors - ones my husband is afraid to reach. Great job!

The painting crew arrived at 8:30am each morning. I had arranged to have the interior window painted first while the dogs were at the groomer. The interior window was located in their living area. The guys were very friendly. They addressed any concerns I had. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was so pleased with their service, that I have scheduled Prim Painting to paint the hallways and one kitchen wall next spring. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed any type of painting done. I have already given their phone number to 3 people.
