Nathan was amazing with his communication and scheduling. Really quick and accommodating. Mark was great during the actual repair. Our ceiling looks as good/ if not better than it did before the leak.

The final result was excellent. You couldn't tell the drywall had been repaired. It took an extra visit because the tape bubbled on the first application. I pointed it out to the technician, but he thought it would smooth out after drying. It didn't, so he had to make an extra trip. No big deal, but it did delay some painting I had planned to complete earlier. The technician arrived 35 minutes later than the original appointment time. This was no big deal for me, but I noticed this really bothers some of the reviewers on here. So, I gave them a "B" for punctuality. However, the person giving the estimates was extremely responsive. I texted a picture of the holes and got an estimate within an hour or two. I had other companies that took up to two days to respond using the same photos. The next higher bid was $500, so I felt the price was very reasonable. The technician (Tommy) was very polite and easy to work with. All in all, I was very pleased with their work and I'll probably hire them to do some interior painting.

We are very happy with the quality of work. The painter's ladder did put a slight crease in the rim of one of our gutters. I'd recommend requesting the painters use a ladder stabilizer/roof stand to prevent damage to the gutters.

Great! The siding looked brand new! All of the accumulated mold was taken care of and cleaned off.

I scheduled an estimate with this company and was lucky that they were able to fit me in the same day. Nathan came out and was very professional, even arriving a little early for the appointment. I really appreciate good communication and had been stood up by two other painting companies for estimates. Nathan followed up a few days later by email and was very responsive by email and by phone. The estimate was separated out in detail what the different items would cost, which I really appreciated. The work took two days to complete because some of the dry wall repair needed time to dry. When the guys came out the second day, we pointed out some areas of concern where some of the patch work had dried. The two gentlemen were very friendly and responsive and fixed the areas to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the work that we had done and would use them again in the future if we would need any painting done.

Prim painting came when they said they would and power washed my back deck. I misunderstood what would be accomplished. I was under the impression that the deck would look better than before it was power washed vs.having the deck power washed to be primed for staining (which was the purpose of the type of power washing that I had bought). The company contacted me to follow through with my complaint. They were conscientious and, as any company with integrity would do, contacted me to see how they could resolve the issues. Since I had already sold the house, they were unable to correct the situation thus, they refunded my money. I appreciate they took the time and energy the took to resolve this issue.

Awesome job. Used before and will use again for paint jobs

Prim Painting was responsive, fairly priced, and did a quick but good job of painting the exterior of our home. Both my husband and I work out of the house, but the project manager kept us informed of their daily progress. The only negative I can report is that I didn't know their start date until literally that day--but not a big deal since they were able to fit us in at the end of exterior painting season, which I appreciate.

Prim got back to me right away to arrange an estimate. They started the project right when they said they would and finished it quickly. The painters were all very polite and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

They did great. A crew of two guys came and did a great job cleaning the inside/out of all our windows, sills and screens. I wasn't able to be home but was pleased that they were quick, professional and respectful for my wife/son and did a good job. I'd definitely use them again.

Paul and Ben showed up right on time. They had all the equipment, tarps, ladders,everything. I just supplied the paint. I gave them my priorities of what I most wanted done in the 8 hours I had contracted for, and they were able to prioritize. Everything they did, including having to apply the third coat of paint when the drywall was showing through, was done professionally. They even did ceiling repair to fix a crack we had lived with for 20 years. I loved having a defined amount of time that they would be there. Even though I will be completing the rest of the painting myself, it was totally worth it to have them come and professionally accomplish what they did. I would definitely hire Prim Painting again, and I loved having this defined-time service.

Nathan and his team were very professional and punctual . We hired them for pressure washing and they gave us a date and time and were right on time. Quality was good.

Prim Painting did a wonderful job, especially on the ipe wood. Before finding them we struggled to find a company that could work with this type of wood with high quality. The job they did exceeded expectations and they were very thorough with follow up and ensuring everything was to our satisfaction.

Nathan was very prompt and professional. He provided a couple of estimates for painting work that I needed done. His prices were a bit higher than other companies that I had solicited estimates. I ended up not hiring him. I've seen his truck on my street a few times, so I know he must be doing good work for my neighbors.

Nathan was very responsive and all of the workers were very professional. 1 minor issue that was corrected immediately. Nathan and Prim Painting went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Excellent company that I will use again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

They gave me a 10 percent discount. We had some concrete block that had to be scraped and painted. My husband didn't check it first. I got home and found a lot of spots that they had to re-scrape and re-do. It was little places. The two workers were really good and they made sure that I was happy. They were late. When they came out, they didn't do a good job on the power washing and they did send someone out right away to do it.

We used Prim Painting in 2011 to paint the interior of our house and were very impressed with the quality of their work. When it came time to paint our shutters, Prim was the only company we contacted. As before they did a great job. Would recommend them to everyone.

Well, the initial contact was fine. Nathan came out to give us an estimate, was right on time and professional. They were right on target with the estimated work date. The estimate was clear and detailed, as well as timely. The three-man crew showed up on time. So, we were feeling good. The first part of the job was repairing some cracks and bumps in the old plaster... what they did looked 80% better, but they did miss quite a few spots. I realized this too late, when all was done and we moved the lamps back into the room. In my previous experience, painters have brought their own lights - they were just using the natural light in the house, which wasn't much as they were on the north side of the house and it was cloudy outside. They should have brought lights. We tried to stay out of the way, but when the guys took a break I walked around. Still-wet paint was dripping off the trim in multiple places. I pointed it out, and they caught it before it dried. But, when they left at the end of the day, it had happened again. Not once or twice, but in quite a few places. And, there were numerous small paint tracks and drips on the floors. They came back on day two to finish do a second coat on the ceilings and trim, and do the foyer walls. The guys were all very nice, so I feel kind of badly about criticizing them. But, it seemed that they were rushed, needed some training or supervision, and that they were just waiting for Friday, and the week, to be over. A fourth guy had to come on Saturday (the expectation was that they would be done on Friday). He, thankfully, was great. He spent a good deal of time fixing mistakes made the first crew (more of those drips, and a LOT of paint that had seeped under the blue tape onto the hardwood), then painted two coats on the walls. And, he had to come back for a couple hours on Monday morning to finish up. That fourth guy exhibited the sort of professionalism and work ethic that the others fell short of. I was also surprised that the owners/managers didn't once drop by or even call to ask if we were satisfied. The good news is that, overall, it looks good. Most people won't notice the flaws, and our home feels transformed. But, I can't recommend Prim. We have other painting projects "in the queue". I guess we'll be starting over with a new painting company.

Everything went great. The workers arrived on time. They were very pleasant and professional. They answered any questions I had. Painted areas look great. Had most of interior painted last year by Prim Painting. Didn't have enough money to do wallpapered area. Prim Painting honored last year's quote for painting the wallpapered area this year. I really appreciated this. Will be using Prim Painting to power wash and stain deck later this month. I think they are a great company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

In general, the worker's did not take their time. It was a sloppy job, that I suspect will not stand up to the test of time. Specifically some of the issues include: 1. Painters arrived unannounced while we were at work. 2. Communication with the limited English speaking crew was extremely difficult. 3. There are several spots on the garage where the original white vinyl is clearly showing through, which leads me to believe they did not apply two coats of Sherwin-Williams Superpaint as we anticipated (and as recommended by the manufacturer). In addition, I don't believe the crew was on site long enough to have actually applied two coats of paint to the house and garage. 4. Once the job was complete, I noticed that there was leftover trim paint from already opened gallons of paint, I requested the leftover paint from a crew member at that time (and from Nathan by phone later). We never received our leftover paint. 5. In some areas, workers painted directly over peeling paint without sanding. 6. In some areas, workers painted directly over old/dirty caulking around windows. 7. We had to remove paint drops, and small spills on the floor of our concrete back porch, stone patio and windows. 8. Workers washed out all of their tools in the middle of our lawn. This was probably a case of you get what you pay for. We had another estimate for the job from a company I knew did quality work which was about $1,000 higher. In hindsight, we should have paid the extra money and hired the other company.

I had a small hole in my ceiling from a plumbing leak. The guys came in a very reasonable amount of time, patched the hole, and gave me a can of spray paint to match my ceiling drywall (patch has to be completely dry before the paint can be applied, about 2 days). They were super nice, courteous and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and even answered some of my other drywall questions while we were waiting for the patch to set. They did a good job of matching the pattern of the texture as well. Also their price was very competitive compared to other companies I looked at.
