I typically don't say anything negative about a company but this is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. It's June 14th and I still don't have a quote that was supposed to be emailed to me on May 20th. I've been checking my inbox, junk, spam, etc. and nothing. Here is the history: Early May: I called Brian to ask for a quote on some paver patio repairs, extensive tuckpointing and a new retaining wall. I told him that if I wasn't home when they arrived, to feel free to walk around the property without me. I explained exactly what needed to be done and verified my email address. May 8: John Fisher, who works with Brian Cyre, called me and left a message that he would stop by and take some pictures and that they would be in touch with a quote. May 20: I hadn't heard anything so I called Brian. He said they had just had a meeting that morning about the work and that he would have the quote emailed to me by that afternoon. I let him know that after I got the quote, I might want them to look at extending the paver patio up to the sunroom. He said they had pictures and he was fine with that. I did not receive the quote that afternoon. May 28: I called John and left a message. I kindly asked him to please let me know if they were too busy to do the work or if they just didn't want the job (for whatever reason) . That would have been ok with me. I just wanted to know how to proceed. He did not return my call. June 1: I called Brian to ask what was holding things up. I reminded him that he said the quote would be sent 11 days prior and mentioned that John never returned my call. He said that they both had been in and out of town and told me (direct quote), "If you don't want to wait, you're welcome to find another contractor." I wasn't sure what I was supposed to wait for because I had been told that the quote was finished. He reassured me that the quote had been done and that he would check on it and get it right to me. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received anything. No phone call, no email, NOTHING. I feel as if I have been strung along with lies and the hope is that I will just go away. I will do just that, but not before I let others know how unprofessional this company is and how they 1. Are totally incompetent with getting quotes out, or 2. Won't tell you they are too busy to schedule the work, or 3. Won't tell you they just don't want the work If you call them, be prepared for them to waste a lot of your time and possibly just blow you off. As Brian put it, "If you don't want to wait, you're welcome to find another contractor." I wonder how long it takes them to actually finish a job??? June 18: UPDATE - I never received an estimate. Their response is consistent with their deceitful and unprofessional practices.

Overall, well, but it took too long to get situation taken care of. With that said, they were professional in taking care of situation and did give me status and responded to my follow-up calls.

Given the amount of rain we had this past spring, we had a very difficult time finding anyone that would do this job for us in such a short time frame. They were able to complete the job before June 1. We now have a very grassy green back yard. As included in our agreement, they just yesterday reseeded the areas that were not as thick as other areas. We are very happy with the job they did. Although we did have some communication issues, we believe that some of them were due to the timing of all of the landscape contractors being incredibly busy because of the rainy spring. Once we had our initial contact with this company, we found that texting was the best way to communicate.

It could not have gone any better. Brian laid out the plan which included replacing the steps with a smaller set to open up more of eh patio. We used the existing stones but had to buy additional to match. We also extended the patio by 8 inches. His crew was professional and hard-working (10-12 hour days) and the job was done it 4 days. They completely re-build our patio from scratch - really only used our existing stones and built it from the ground up...excavated, relaid foundation, stones and even re-sodded the grass around the walkway to the patio. Highly recommend their work!! It looks beautiful.

Work was completed in 3 days and looks great. Not easy to try and match stones to an existing 14 year old paver patio, but they did a fine job. Cost was reasonable and they were very accommodating to any changes I made at the last minute. Brian and his crews are easy to work with, professional and they cleaned up the work area nicely when finished. Will have them do additional retainer walls maybe next year.

We had already purchased the stone, and wanted an expert to install, rather than trying to do it ourself. We received a timely and fair estimate from Brian...and we had the patio, installed, within a week's time. His workers were timely, courteous, and hardworking, and we look forward to spending many hours, tailgating in particular!!, enjoying the new patio. We intend on using Prestigious Concepts to have the house painted, and possibly other home remodel projects, in the future. Highly recommended....:)

From the beginning the workers were very clean and followed through with what I had wanted done. When I had questions the owner was ready to answer my questions and offer solutions to anything that I needed done. I have received many compliments on the deck and workmanship. The design fits the house well and is very functional. The only thing I would have done differently is started sooner so I could have enjoyed the deck this Fall.

It went very well. Brian and his workers do a great job. I was home during the majority of the process and his workers never stopped working. They were very pleasant and paid attention to detail. They were very accommodating to changes I made as well. Brian is very knowledgeable about the whole landscape process and offered a fair quote. Our yard looks great! We will for sure have them back to do more work for us.

We had them contract the pool out last fall and they did the masonry around the pool--pavers. It was good work. And now they're putting in the patio and gazebo.

Not great. Job estimated to "take about a week" took six. Multiple delays, poor communication, terrible client expectation management. Delays all blamed on suppliers. no responsibility taken by Brian, despite him not appearing for days or only coming in for an hour or so.Heavy equipment left around neighborhood for no good reason. Needed to nag to get finish work done of quality. Make sure you understand payment schedule.

very good. clean,quick, effecient needed them to come back to extend an area a bit more and have been contacting them all summer to come back and they have not been back to do the extra work.

Our build date is May 2010 so we will provide an update on the project then but this husband and wife team have been great to work with!

They did a bad job leaving awful marks on the floor.

My wife and I came up with an initial conceptual design and budget. Bryan was the only contractor I could find in Columbus that had the skill to do wall, flat concrete and carpentry work. Some of his design ideas were so good that we increased the budget by $10,000. I completed most of the demo of the old patio and landscape to keep the cost down. Bryan got started exactly when he promised. He had the equipment to do the project right and an adequate size crew to make the work progress quickly and efficiently. It went really well, he managed to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time even through Hurricane Ike made life a little interesting. His crew was excellent, professional and tidy. The wall came out so awesome that it made me a little impatient to get the whole thing done. He and his crew were excellent to work with and always spent the time with me to discuss details even though it was evening. The attached pictures speak for themselves. I probably could have subcontracted each of the parts of the project a little cheaper, but no one could have pulled the whole thing together better and that is worth the small premium and less hassle.

We hired Prestigious Concepts to construct our project. Brian Cyre and his crew were excellent to work with. Brian always kept us informed of what was going to be done. The crew was there every day and if they would not be working on a particular day, Brian would inform us ahead of time as to just what the schedule was going to be. Although we had bad weather Brian and his men worked through it and around it when necessary. Like any project, unexpected things would come up, but Brian always had a solution. Working with a skilled and knowledgeable contractor like Brian made our project a great experience. The quality of workmanship that Prestigious Concepts brought to our job is outstanding. Overall I would say that they truly exceeded our expectations.

I would not hire this company again.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE PROJECT. Mr. Cyre, the owner, explained exactly what would be done, reviewed the design of the walk, and was thorough in his follow-up. The work was done within the prescribed time.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GREAT JOB FIXING OUR CLOGGED PIPES. IT WAS A VERY DIRTY AND TIME CONSUMING JOB. THEY HAD TO GO UNDER A DECK, TAKE DOWN A BRICK WALL AND BRICK WALKWAY, AND THEN PUT IT ALL BACK. IT WASN'T AN EASY JOB. IT TOOK THEM ALL DAY.

IT'S NOT THAT THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE THE JOB WELL, IT'S JUST THAT THEY PUT NEW BOARDS DOWN AGAINST OLD BOARDS, AND THEY DIDN'T MEET EVENLY. THEY BROKE A SANDER DOING THIS. THEY HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THE BOARDS TO MEET. THEY DID ASK ME IF I WAS SATISFIED AND I SAID IT WAS FINE, BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT ELSE THEY COULD DO TO MAKE IT BETTER. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT CALLING WHEN THEY WEREN'T COMING, BUT THERE WERE TIMES THAT I THOUGHT THEY WEREN'T TERRIBLY PUNCTUAL.

THEY WERE GOOD.

IT WAS A LITTLE TOUGH TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. WHEN YOU CALL YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CALL BACK. BUT THEY DID FOLLOW UP AND GET THE WORK DONE.
