Description of Work: We got bed bug were guessing from our kids school. They came the day we called and completed the job the next day. When you find out you have bed bugs you want them gone immediately. They were much cheaper than other competitors. We just got exterminated today. I have complete faith that they are gone. They will be back in 10 days for the second treatment.

+ -1 moreThey responded quickly and were very considerate of the young pregnate lady that had just moved it. They found nothing to treat and the charged only the basic inspection fee. (I don't remember what that was and it may have been nothing.)

We have small children and they were willing to do a treatment that was as safe as possible for the little ones, even though it meant they had to come twice to get all the ants. We would recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Description of Work: I called Precision Pest in a panic because I thought I had bed bugs. They were able to come out within a few days. It turns out I did not have bedbugs. I was impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future for any problems requiring pest control or extermination.

+ -1 moreThey were incredible! Took the time to point out the ant nests (since I showed interest) and explained how the solution works to get rid of ants. They also honored the price that was quoted to me on the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend PPI and would definitley use them again.

Description of Work: John Eunice came to inspect for possible termite presence. We had been using his company for control by bait stations that were monitored monthly. He determined that at this time we had no presence of termites and recommended that if we see any signs of swarming, usually in the spring, we should call him back for a treatment. It was not necessary to treat at this time. He gave a thorough inspection, both inside and outside of the house.
