There were no problems at all - the tech was on time, they took the coupon with no problem, and they were in and out very quickly. Everything was done in a timely manner! It was more expensive than I anticipated, but the coupon helped! I am glad to have the glass replaced before winter. I would use them again if I need another repair.

The entire job from the initial contact, technicians coming to the house to do measurements, having to change some things in the bathroom that required them coming out a second time to remeasure, making the mirrors, and coming out and installation went very well. We had Precision Glass and Shower remove our existing shower rod and replace with a new shower door frame and glass. They final project looks amazing! Everything was done quickly and professionally. Everyone showed up on time and it was a great experience overall.

We have double payne glasses and the house is 26 years old. The seals on the windows were coming out and turned a milky white color. They came in and took the old windows and seals out and replaced and resealed them all. They did a good job for the price because the cost of everything including labor these days isn't cheap. I was very pleased with the results.

They were here within 20 minutes to evaluate the window. Two weeks later he came back with the cut glass and installed it. I was 100 percent happy with their service. I gave them the measurements for the window but they said they would like to measure themselves because once the glass was cut, I couldn't return it. Calling within 20 minutes was great service and they actually called me to schedule installation even before the glass was cut. They were busy enough that they didn't want me to have to wait a month for the installation, which I appreciated. The same man that did the measurements did the install. It was done fairly quickly and professionally.

I sent an e-mail request for an estimate off their website over the weekend and received a call on Monday morning. They offered what I thought a fair price for what I was asking, so I placed my order. The order was completed a little early, which was great. It was a little difficult to find the place, but that really isn't their fault due to the area and Google maps. It took mere minutes to pick them up and be on my way. The pieces of glass were perfect and I received an e-mailed receipt the next day.

We cannot speak more hightly on the installer that we worked with. He was always on time, friendly, and explained what was to be done clearly. The replacement went very smoothly. We would definitely use them again.

Jeff Sullivan took measurements for the CrystalLine Frameless Hinge system enclosures in early April. Installation for the first door was scheduled less than three weeks later. Installation went smoothly, however the installer noticed the door glass was scratched so he told us that he would order a replacement that should be ready in time for installation of the other shower door scheduled for later in April. When the installer (and helper) returned in late April, they began to install the enclosure in our Master Bath, but discovered several hours into the project that some of the glass and trim had been cut incorrectly necessitating new parts and a return trip several days later. Before leaving, they installed a replacement for the first door that was scratched. When the installers returned for the third visit to complete installation of the Master Bath enclosure, another trim cut was made incorrectly, and the installer had to leave again to get new parts, returning 2.5 hours later to complete the project. Although we are pleased with the finished product, we had a lot of clean up to do (metal shavings in the driveway from their cuttings) as well as debris on the bathroom floors. For all the delays and return trips, and our inconvenience, we were not offered a discount which I felt should have been extended. Not the most professional job we've had done.

this is my 4-5th time hiring them. Love their can-do positive attitude for a fair price, small or large jobs glass related. Jeff graciously came to my house to measure my table...zip zap, I'm very pleased with their work and will hire them in the future without hesitation. You should too.

I used precision glass two years ago to install a frameless, clear glass, sliding door on a large walk-in shower in my guest bath. They did an outstanding job. I called them back recently to fabricate and installed a clear glass door and panel on my newly completed walk-in shower in our master bath. The same installer again did the job exactly to my specifications. I am a project manager for non-residential construct projects and very particular about finishes and quality. I intend to use Precision Glass again when I complete a third bath addition next year.

My project to replace a fogged window was not your typical window replacement. The window to be replaced was a second story custom made window with a challenging access. I was very satisfied from start to finish with Precision Glass and Shower. The gentleman from the initial visit providing the estimate was so polite and professional, plus I was not pressured at all to go with his company. I decided to go with them before he left based on his professionalism and courtesy. Everything went exactly to how their estimate was written, even their timetable. I was not able to be at home the day of installation and I was sort of concerned leaving my grown son to oversee things. When I returned home later that afternoon, the window was installed, and everything was cleaned up. The only way I could tell that workmen had been in my home was the beautiful clear window that had replaced the fogged window. I would definitely use this company again.

This was very easy process. Called and requested an estimate which took place within just a couple days. Materials were ordered and window was installed a week later.

came out one week to take measurement and returned about a week later to install the window pane. There is a 50.00 measuring fee so that is why the cost was what it was. I would suggest doing more windows at one time to keep the cost of window replacement down. This was a double insulated window.

The estimator was great, prompt and offered design solutions. The installer was later than expected, but they had truck problems and were VERY prompt to let me know they would be later -- calling me along the way to let me know if that changed (which I appreciated). The installation was quick, seamless and the end product was great. They cleaned everything and I LOVE my shower door. I've already gotten a lot of compliments. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to some of my friends.

It went perfect. He arrived on time and measured what needed to be made and returned when he said the job would be finished. He was very professional and cleaned the glass shelves after he installed them and cleaned up whatever he brought with him for the job. I was very pleased with the glass shelves he made and his recommendation about how thick the shelves and glass table top should be. I will use them again.

They installed each bracket into the wall and lined up the shelves so that they were centered on the wall and the space between each shelf was even. The brackets and the shelves gave a nice contemporary look to our room.

They had to custom cut the glass to fit the old storm window frame. They were polite and professional and it took about 2 weeks. They installed the window back on the house.

The install was perfect and the product is great. They could use to train the sales staff and little bit more on design. But over all very good and I have given their name out to people that have used them also.
