Had to pay for1.5 hours of labor but the crew was only here for 45 minutes. Was told by estinator that the crew would repair extra screens with extra time and I would only pay for additional materials, conveniently the crew claimed to not have any extra screen. Also they left broken glass inside the house as well as on the driveway. The quality of the window replacement appears to be adequate but concerns over the truthfulness of this company have me feeling ripped off.

The response time was quick and they no only were reasonable to begin with, but they also accepted an angie's list coupon to make the end price even less. We also ran into this happened during the holiday season when the manufactorer was going to be closed for a week, so they worked it out to have the glass available early. The people at Precision Glass are very friendly and helpful. They came out to the house to measure and then they order the window and bring it to you in 1 week. This is the 2nd time I have had to use them and they have done a great job both times.

I had them replace some very old and hard to find window cranks for 50 years old windows. It was hard to find the cranks and it took awhile to get them (Not their fault) but they did a great job putting them in and my old windows open wonderfully now.
