I was referred by them to board up a window...which I knew a glass company wants to do more than board a window... they want to install a window or glass..I get it!..BUT..dont be NASTY about it....instead maybe try to upsale me on the glass..and not just the board..."ALL YOU WANT IS A WINDOW BOARDED?"...Its totally depends on you.. DO BETTER!..CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!
