We elected to install the windows ourselves to save. The windows that were supplied are great. One of the windows however was to have a two inch spacer on the bottom, which it didn't. With added expense we added the spacer and installed without further problem.

The comple price for the replacement window and installation was very reasonalbe. It was installed quickly and professionally with no mess to me.

The man came and went up on my roof to look at the Skylight. He assessed the skylight and said it was fine and did not need to be replaced.

Fair price and quality job

Pane of glass was repaired within one week. It was a custom order and I was pleased with the timeline.

Precision Glass and Shower was prompt in responding and set a convenient time to give me an estimate. This was an inside broken window in a house I was getting ready to rent. The ordered glass was not going to be in immediately so while they were there, they took the time to turn the glass around so that the jagged edges were not a danger to anyone inside the house. This was greatly appreciated. I've rated the quality outstanding even though the job is to be finished later today because I am confident that is exactly what it will be.

The guys at Precision were great to work with. Lightning fast customer service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for Quality is because there was some damage to my door where they replaced the glass. However, the door is VERY old, and I think anyone would have had the same trouble with removing the old glass.

The company called back, scheduled appointment and showed up promptly. They took the measurement for the window , gave the price , and came back to install all within the timeframes they quoted. The men that did the work were fast, courteous and respectful. I am definitely going to use them again in the future.

These guys went out on their own, they have done great work. They are the best in the area.
