All of the drywall repair exceeded my expectations and the paint looks great! I appreciate how much they took care of my home while working. Matt and Casey did an awesome job! I got a recommendation from a friend that had used Precise Touch and was very pleased, and then I was happy to see the company was on Angie's list. The owner and supervisor Brent Durbin returned my call promptly and came to measure for the job. He sent me an estimate the next day and started painting one week later. They were very professional and neat. They finished in two days (unlike the painter we used before who would leave for lunch and not come back for two days). We really couldn't find any fault in the painting job. We did get a lower estimate from another company that came with great recommendations, but he was a week getting the estimate to us. Precise Touch also did excellent work patching long cracks caused by settling and covering stains at the edge of the ceiling. We will call them soon to paint other walls.

The barn and the deck look great, and the price was reasonable we thought. We have had other contractors recently and we would put Precise Touch Painting at the top of the list! I would rate the quality of the services as excellent. There were a few problems with the scheduling and length of time spent on the job, which is the reason I did not give them an "A" rating, but overall I was pleased with the final product and would use this service provider again. in fact we are considering them for some interior painting in the near future.

They did a great job. They did some extra things that I didn't expect so I was pleased with that. I'm glad they pointed out things that I should do. The crew they had was very good. We were satisfied. They were punctual. They're easy to work with.

Ben Michaels the co owner was onsite daily and performed all of carpentry work required to replace the siding. The quality of the work was excellent as Ben made sure that the job was done right and that we were satisfied. We had daily communication with Ben who listened to what we wanted to have done and made sure the color match was correct. He also had excellent support onsite and he managed the work of these individuals as well. We were very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend Ben Michaels and Precise Touch Painting.

Went well, except for rain delays!

We paid $7000, but the thing you need to note, is that our house is huge. One of the owners came out with a whole bunch of samples and actually painted portions of an exterior wall on our house, so my wife could compare those to the house and pick the ones she wanted. It was just part of the whole process. He did that to make sure we were happy with the colors. We were very thrilled with their work. They caulked the entire house. And little things - they saw one of the gutters was a little off and they repaired it while they were at it. They just did a great job. The cleaned up also.

He told me when he was coming how much time it would take and even after I made the mistake of not seeing one room's ceiling was not included in the proposal. He and his staff of one completed the job in the same amount of time working late to get it done. The quality of the prep prior to painting took an entire day and the results were great. I gave him the gift certificate I got from Sherwin Williams paint store and he deducted it from the total bill. The clean up after was amazing. Except for the new paint everything was back in place and swept so you did not know they had even been here

They were friendly, helpful, stuck to the quoted price and I would recommend them to others.

The team arrived on time on Monday 11/26/12) and got right to work painting the master bedroom and bath.they finished the room the same day - painting two coats and cleaning up afterwards. Tuesday they painted the hall and entry and prepped for the next day. \Wednesday - the painters weren't able to make it..but I was given notice ahead of time and told extra man power would be brought in the next day. Thursday and Friday- a team 5 showed up and finished the interior of the home. Also, Friday they started on the exterior trim. They finished up the job on Monday 12/3/12. Precise Touch did an excellent job. They were polite, responsive, cleaned up after each day, and did a great job painting.

The paint on our house was faded and looked out of date. The Precise Touch Painting crew came in and completely transformed the look of our exterior and now it looks 1000% better! We could not have asked for a better experience! The crew was very detailed and professional, left no mess behind, and completed the job in a short time period. They are on my speed-dial for any other painting needs in the future!

I'm really pleased with the service provided by Precise Touch Painting LTD Company. The workers were very professional. They were very courteous. They were a good crew to work with. I was pleased with the price. They were competitive with other estimates we got. I supplied the paint and just had to pay for the labor. I would use them again in the future if required.

I explained to this company the situation over the phone. I talked to a gentleman and he was going to have his partner call me. He called me back while I was on the other line and when I tried to answer the call I accidentally hung up. I called the original gentleman I spoke with back to let him know that I didn't mean to and have him call me back. Its been a week since this last communication and I haven't heard from him.

I can't say enough good things about Brent and his company. He was prompt and courteous at all times, as one would hope. He was also kind and calm, traits I want in anyone who comes to work on my house. He was wonderful in his dealings with me as a person, and I value him as an expert. He does a beautiful job - combining great quality paint and excellent workmanship. They treated our house, plants and yard with respect. He carefully draped my plants before painting and removed the covers promptly to avoid over-heating them. The team was careful where they placed ladders and feet. No one smoked or played loud music. He cleaned up all his clutter before leaving every night. He kept us informed of his progress. I will go to him for all our exterior painting needs. He's really a pleasure to work with.

They did a fabulous job. Began work ahead of estimated time. Worked full days only skipping a few due to weather. But worked weekends to make up for the time. When rain came, they re-attached downspouts. Cleaned up after each day. Polite and professional. Extremely conscientious, helped me pick out the correct colors showing me many options and how they would look next to one another. Even with one coat of stucco on, I was a bit concerned about how it would turn out - they switched modes and painted some trim in order to see how the colors would look overall next to eachother. And even then said they would be happy to change it if I didn't like it. Ran into some rotting window frames and they repaired those for me (with additional cost obviously) instead of just filling with caulk and continuing to paint. Low pressure and extremely easy to work with. I would highly suggest using them.
