+ -1 moreWe were routed several times after calling the 1-888 number, but once we reached the right person, they were able to find the couch model number and have them custom make the cushions for our older couch. It took a few weeks to make them. They were completed within the cited time frame and the fit was perfect. The couch looked like new.
Description of Work: We had them make custom cushions to replace cushions on our pottery barn couch, which is approximately 10 years old.
