His price and demeanor seemed good; however, he asked for a material deposit on the job of $800 and left. He has not been heard from or seen since. The work remains incomplete and he refuses to return emails, calls and letters asking for him to either complete the work, return the deposit or return the materials. Please beware!

Description of Work: He did some various home maintenance like electrical, plumbing, painting, and did some work on my porch.
