+ -1 moreI AM IN A NEW BUILDING 2 WEEKS. A PIPE BURST SENDING WATER POURING OUT. THE BUILDERS 1ST LINE PLUMBER DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY CALLS (THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY-I HAD TO TURN OFF THE WATER). THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED THE 2ND LINE PLUMBER. THEY HAD A SERVICE ANSWERING THE PHONE AT 7:00 AM ON SATURDAY (NEW YEAR'S DAY) AND SENT A PLUMBER OUT THAT MORNING! RICK WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND FIXED MY LEAK. THE REST OF THE DAMAGES WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE BUILDER.
