They did such a good job, I had them a year ago but I didn't leave a review though. they spend a lot of time, they do double cleaning to the carpet, very careful with the furniture and the glass table tops,they did four chairs. They cleaned up afterwards as well. Their price deserves an A+.

I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was. He did a great, efficient job. He was very pleasant and prompt and cleaned up all of his equipment promptly.

Pinnacle Services is excellent. Jeff is always on time and they do a professional job. He is very good. I have referred him to several of my friends. They are very easy to deal with, very accommodating and very helpful. You get good quality for what you are paying for.

Scheduling was extremely easy. They were able to come out within 2 weeks of when I called, and especially during the holiday season, that was much appreciated. Jeff arrived when expected and even called when he was on his way. I had a few pet stains that he was able to get out. He was here for about 4 hours, working diligently the entire time. The house smelled very fresh when he completed, and all the furniture was placed on lifters so the carpets could dry. The carpet dried overnight and looked even cleaner the next morning. I couldn't believe how he was able to get stains out and we expecially noticed a huge difference on the stairs. I would highly recommend Pinnacle for their professionalism and for performing great work.
