We called for an estimate and Brad called back the same day. He was out when he said he would come and gave us an estimate. We called him back the next day and scheduled the work. They came when they said they would. The trees look great and they did a great job cleaning up. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything they did.

The tree had been toppled by a windstorm and was leaning on the roof of my house. I called in the late afternoon and they were out before noon the next day to take care of it. They went out of their way to get to my job quickly - they had a similar, but more urgent, job and just got that tree off that house, but did not remove it (they went back later to clean it up) so they could get to me quickly. In addition, they were able to pull the tree back upright and fell it away from the house (rather than cutting it and letting it slide down the house), thus avoiding any damage to my house. And as usual, they did a great job of clean up. Phoenix Tree Care's outstanding service was much appreciated!

They are very tree oriented. The cost is per man hour and it varies depending on how long you hire them for. They did a very good job on the cleanup. They clean as they go.

Slow to respond to request for estimate. Price was highest of bids submitted (almost 2 times the price of the lowest bidder)

They came on time, did an exceptional job, and took all the trash with them. They came out and looked and explained their pricing so there were no surprises. They explained everything, and they're experts, so they didn't just trim it without care. They billed me later. They send me fliers, too. They keep in touch.

They were responsive, professional, and cleaned up the area well. They did everything as promised in the short amount of time that I needed it done.

Brad was knowledgeable, and his estimate was reasonably in line or lower than 3 other estimates. Work was cleaned up so well that one couldn't tell they had been there. There was only one very minor issue of a small remaining portion of a branch that had not been cut flush to the main branch, and they returned to correct that small mistake. Overall, using Phoenix was a positive experience, and I would use them again.

Overall experience was extremely positive. All work was completed as agreed. For the tree that was removed, they did a great job in doing it such that there was no damage to nearby fences, landscaping, etc. The crew was friendly, very experienced and did all work very conscientiously -- they took the time to do it right instead of hurrying through the job. Cleanup was exemplary. Excellent job -- absolutely no negatives to report.

Great job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even came in slightly under their estimate. Brad did a good job of keeping me informed throughout the process.

She does a great job of sharpening for me. The pricing was very reasonable! Tools were like new!

She sharpened all my knives and garden tools (approx. 20-25 items) for about 25 dollars, and pruned my trees on the same day. She works with a crew with some folks from the Ohio State arborists' program, and has been doing tree work for approx. 30 yrs. They have all kinds of specialists, too. If you know you'll have trimming done, you can prepay and get a discount, plus you're first on the list in the spring.

LOUISE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE TO SPEAK TO ABOUT TREES. SHE WAS VERY FAIR ABOUT THE TIME AND MONEY NECESSARY TO CLEAN UP MY EVERGREENS. SHE RECOMMENDED A COMPANY TO DO THE SPRAYING/TREATMENT NECESSARY IN THE SPRING TO PREVENT BAGWORM AND SCAB ON THE CRAB APPLE TREES. THE YARD WAS TOTALLY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED AND THEY CAME BACK AS PROMISED TO FERTILIZE AFTER THE FIRST REAL FROST.

ERIC WAS MY CONTACT AND HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR. THE REST OF THE CREW INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THE WORK TOOK TWO DAYS AND ERIC HAD TO POSTPONE THE SECOND DAY, BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. HE WAS HONEST AND VERY FAIR IN THE WORK AS THIS WAS A HUGE JOB. MANY OF THE LIMBS WERE HANGING INTO MY ELDERLY NEIGHBORS YARD, AND THE GUYS CLEANED UP HER YARD AS WELL. OUR YARD WAS SPOTLESS WHEN THEY FINISHED AND THE TREES LOOK GREAT. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER AND OF THE THREE ESTIMATES THAT WE HAD PERFORMED, THIS COMPANY WAS THE FRIENDLIEST. THEY ALSO KEPT TO THE ESTIMATE, EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK ME 6 MONTHS TO GET THE MONEY BUDGETED. I AM COMFORTABLE HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THEM. OUR DOG LIKED THE GUYS TOO.

CONFIRMED THE DIAGNOSIS OF ANOTHER TREE SERVICE THAT MY TREE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

I HAVE NOT MET BRAD, BUT WHEN TALKING ON THE PHONE HE IS RESPONSIVE, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, IT WAS HIGHLY DETAILED AND I FELT AS THOUGH I KNEW WHAT I WAS GETTING AND WHY. HE ALSO MADE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE TREE CARE. I AM HIGHLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK HE DID.

WE'VE PREVIOUSLY USED LOUISE'S SERVICES, AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. WE WERE VERY SURPRISED WHEN THEIR QUOTE TO GROOM NINE 50 YEAR OLD TREES WAS BETWEEN 3 TO 4 TIMES HIGHER THAN THE OTHER QUOTES WE RECEIVED FROM OTHER 'A' RATED COMPANIES. ANOTHER COMPANY PERFORMED THE WORK FOR MUCH LESS COST.

SHE IS A TREE SPECIALIST AND IT WAS GREAT TO HEAR HER ANALYSIS AND WHAT WE SHOULD DO. SHE GAVE SOME GREAT ADVICE, AND WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL LAST YEAR, AS WELL. SHE WAS JUST EXCELLENT.

BRAD KITCHEN CAME TO GIVE ESTIMATE. HE CALLED TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT and THEN SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE WAS COURTEOUS and KNOWLEDGEABLE and I LEARNED A LOT ABOUT OUR TREES FROM HIM. DECIDED WE WOULD WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR TO HAVE WORK DONE BECAUSE OF ESTIMATED PRICE- $1935.00.

THE CREW WAS COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL. THE CLEANUP WAS EXCELLENT. PRUNING WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. APPRECIATED THE SENSITIVITY TO THE NEAT. PRICE WAS A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE.

I TALKED WITH THE RESPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE. SHE TOLD ME THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $25 JUST TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. OF THE FIVE OTHER COMPANIES I CONTACTED, NO ONE CHARGES FOR AN ESTIMATE. SO WE DID NOT EVEN GET AN ESTIMATE.

THE PERSON GIVING THE QUOTE WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT TOOK NEARLY TWO WEEKS TO GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT FOR AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY DID SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE PRICE THAT I WAS QUOTED ENDED UP BEING 4 TIMES HIGHER THEN ANY OTHER ESTIMATE THAT I RECEIVED FOR THE SAME SERVICE. IF THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, I WOULD TRY USING THEIR SERVICE.

HAVE WORKED WITH LOUISE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. SHE GIVES GOOD HONEST OPINIONS and ADVICE. VERY RESPONSIVE. DO VERY GOOD WORK and CLEAN UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. PRICING VERY FAIR, AND LAST TIME CUT DOWN A SMALL TREE FOR FREE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

LOUISE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM AND INFORMING ME WHAT TO DO TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.
