When they got here they went right to work. They did exactly what they indicated they would do in the estimate.We were really pleased with the service. I would use them again and we have already called them.

The estimate they gave me was quite accurate. Work was done in a timely manner, and the property looked great when they finished - they really cleaned up everything well. They returned to fertilize the honey locust and left a note on the door when they did. I also appreciated their prompt communication - I exchanged several e-mails with them prior to the work being done and all questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Went well as always. They keep track of when all the treatments are due so I don't have to.

They know their job and they do their job. They are excellent. I use them continuously. I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services. I will use their services again in the future.

I found communication a bit vague so that it was confusing rather there was a fixed price or they were charging by the hour. They recognized the confusion and ruled in my favor to charge by the hour. It was a much shorter job than they thought it would be. There were two men on it but mainly one did all the work. The work done was quite good especially the removal of the two shrubs. I would say if one were to get everything in writing in some detail there should be no problem. I would also discuss the hourly rate and the travel expenses since travel expenses were also a bit unclear so I would say clarification of pricing would make the transaction work much better. It was still a bit high but no higher than others charge and they had excellent equipment to do the job efficiently with the exception of a ladder and this was easy for me to supply.

While I am sure they are good, it took extremely long to try to set up an appointment

The worker's did an excellent job pruning all three trees. The crabapple is looking the best it has looked in years. True to their word, the Linden and Sweet Gum do not look much different but if I look closely I can see the work that was done. I chose them primarily because the ad in the Angie's List coupon book spoke of taking care of my trees rather than only tree removal. I plan to use their services again in the future.

I have also had them trim trees and root fertilize two white pines as well. They are very, very good. I have tried a lot of tree people. but I am sticking with them. Their price is right in line with the competition. They are very straightforward and professional.

It was adequate. I kind of got the sense that he was wanting to know if I wanted it cut down because he does that type of work. He was here about ten minutes, so it was a little expensive. It took a while for him to come out. It is the only tree that we have in our yard.

Brad Kitchen was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. He was very flexible with the payment schedule. They showed up when promised and completed the work quickly. Sam came back and fertilized the trees as planned - very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though Phoenix Trees/Trees by Louise was a little bit more expensive than the other estimates I received, I had heard so many good things about them from co-workers and local businesses that I didn't mind paying a little more for quality service and peace of mind.

Somebody had a car accident took out the tree and it was the tree we had them plant 10 or 15 years ago. The guy was super nice, very instructive and helpful about explaining. He gave us a price list for options for things to do. We will be them back. They explained what would be good and bad thing and why, and for me that was important. They were responsive and came when they said they would.

They were very knowledgeable, very friendly, and they did good work. They didn’t try to sell you something you didn’t need.

I don't remember how much it cost, but I don't remember it being outrageous. They were responsive and professional. I would use them again in the future.
