+ -1 moreI called Peter two weeks ago and he called me back the same evening. He readily accepted the time I suggested to meet with him. He came to the house and discussed his charges and what he could do for us. He examined the bathrooms, especially the sinks and tub that were in need of repair. He went to Lowe's with us and helped us decide on the best brand to use at the price we wanted to pay. We paid less than we had expected for the quality we wanted. During the replacement of two lines he found two valves which began to leak as he opened and closed them. He purchased the replacements and installed them with the new fixtures we had purchased. He also replaced the faucet on the tub which was frozen from corrosion. New fixtures were installed in three bathrooms along with replacement of the existing plastic lines with long lasting steel braided lines.
Description of Work: Three bathrooms plumbing fixtures were updated and repaired. Peter assisted in fixture choice and recommended changes for longevity of the new installations. During his examination of the existing lines he found two valves which were in danger of failure very soon. Some corrosion was found which I was not aware of. No emergency repairs will be needed in the future. He removed and replaced four bathroom faucets and replaced the hall bath tub spout. He inspected three toilets and recommended new flush valves. I decided to defer that work. He worked evenings so I did not have to take time off from work. He explained very well what he was doing. I found his price very reasonable. He cleaned up after the work and disposed of all trash leaving the baths clean. He worked alone; I definitively recommend him for repairs and upgrades. He has associates he can call on for larger jobs.
