Description of Work: Put in a dog fence and trained our dog to use it. A few times they were very late for appointments or didn't respond to our phone calls. We didn't get a final training session, but our dog is staying in our yard and that was the goal. The company reps are very friendly and helpful.

Description of Work: I have had Pet Stop animal fencing for 11 1/2 years, ever since we got our dog. The fence has worked great, and any questions or concerns that have come up over the years have been addressed promptly. Chip Golden has been great to work with, and he is concerned about dogs and their training with the fencing system. I have spoken with his wife, Sandi Golden, many times over the years, and she is attentive to my concerns. Most recently I was not sure the dog collar was working properly, and Chip came over, found it to be functioning normally, but there was not good contact between the collar and my dog's neck. Chip adjusted the collar, and did not charge me for this call.

THIS GUY IS AN ANIMAL TRAINER AND HE IS EXCELLENT. I HAVE TWO DIFFERENT DOGS THAT WERE REACTING DIFFERENTLY AND THE TRAINER WORKED WITH EACH DOG INDIVIDUALLY TO HELP THEM ADJUST TO THE FENCE. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WEVE HAD NO PROBLEMS! THE TRAINER WAS VERY PATIENT AND WILLING TO COME BACK OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO WORK WITH US. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL, ALSO VERY WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE MY WORK SCHEDULE.
