Chip and his team are just great! Very professional,responsive, and flexible.

He came, assessed the problem and fixed it! All in less than an hourâ ¦ even offered less expensive, but not as effective, solutions elsewhere. His integrity and efficiency was enough for me to commit their services. Now, and for the future!

They make an amazing job.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that their machine that lays the wire was broken and caused a delay. The people are all great, and I think having the invisible fence is going to improve the quality of my life and my pet's lives.

Great job and very thorough

The individual was polite and friendly but lead us wrong about buying a new unit. We paid him $150 for service call but the dog fence still not fixed. He did verify there was no break in wire so that saved us a lot of time trying to find it. After we did a little internet research, turned out the battery was dead in the dog collar.

Good experience

Was happy with the estimate process. They arrive as scheduled. Installer wasn't happy with our drive way and we were not inpressed. Collars did not fit and installer did nor have corrrect sizes. They did bring the right collars and fit the dogs, but t was a bit stressful.

We had a great experience with the entire process from the consult to the install to the dog lessons given to make sure our animals are taken care of. Chip was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them to other dog owner considering an invisible fence. We are very please with the experience and would recommend others to them.

The installer was primarily interested in being done, not so much in the quality and whether or not the system would ultimately work in all areas within the perimeter.

We have had the best experience with this company! From the initial consult, to the installation and then the follow up visits for making sure our pup was adjusting to the system, we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Chip was very knowledgeable, and had answers and solutions to all of my questions and concerns about the system. My dog just loved Chip right away too, and since she can be a little skiddish, I took that to mean he is quite excellent with dogs and we were happy to hire him!
