They did a fabulous job! I have had several house cleaning services over the years but quality and reliability always became issues after awhile. Barbara and her workers are very professional, know their jobs and are focused on getting it done. Each person who has been here has taken a great deal of pride in the work they do. She advertises that they are detail oriented and they are very serious about that. We have used this company for every other week cleaning for nearly a year. After sending several different people, all of whom were excellent, we now have one person who consistently comes and sometimes brings an additional person. Ariana does a superior job getting our home sparkling clean. We are a family of 5 and she usually spends about 3 hours cleaning our 2600 square foot home. She always leaves the house sparkling clean and I have no complaints. I provide the cleaning products, often on their recommendation of what's best to use. I am extremely happy with this service.

Wonderfully! I had been using another service and did just not feel that they were doing more than a quick once over. For nearly the same money, Barbara and her co-workers came in and cleaned better than it had ever been done. I've had them come 3 or 4 times now and my house sparkles every time. They always do more than I expect. They charge extra for unusual requests that require them to spend additional time such as cleaning the top of my upper kitchen cabinets. But a typical cleaning is 3 hours with 2 people which covers all that needs to be done to keep my house looking good. I'm really glad I've found them.

I have used the service for several years now. The ladies are very responsive to requests and any changes in the schedule that are needed. Easy to work with and trustworthy.

The owner of the company is Barbara Scott. They do a good job and we have had them for years. They are very good. Their staff has been very nice and very accommodating. When we have ran into them, they were friendly. They work around my schedule if I need to change or move things. The last time that they came, I saw them but I did not really talk to them. They arrived a little early and they sat out in the car until 9:00 and we were just leaving then. The last time that I talked to them was maybe a couple of weeks before that. I do not know exactly how many hours they clean the house but it is somewhere around six hours so I think that it works out to about $20 an hour. They have been doing it for us for about 12 years or something and Barbara has never raised my rates or anything. I would recommend them.

Barbara and her crew always do an excellent job. They go above and beyond the requested service, often washing dishes and laundry, organizing items in need of a home, and putting away whatever they can.

The two ladies who clean our home are excellent. Initially, Barabara came out and gave us an estimate. They were by far the most reasonable of the 3 services we contacted. We provide all of our own supplies that they happily use - so I know what's being used. If i need something special done, or an area needs a bit of special attention - I lust leave a note and it gets done. They staff are personable and flexible. Our regular cleaning day fell on Christmas this year and we were able to reschedule for a Saturday so everything was done before our house guests arrived.

They did a great job and stayed within the time frame I gave them. They also kept to the price they quoted me. The cleaning was efficient and I would use them again. Barbara even checked up after to make sure I was happy with them.

They are punctual and show up when they're supposed to. When I have something new for them to do, they get it done, and are very flexible if I need special cleaning issues.

The work is excellent. They call the night before to confirm the arrival time. They are almost always right on time. My cleaning is done in the afternoon and occasionally their morning work is longer than expected. They know my schedule is very flexible and call to ask if they could come later. They do a through cleaning. The same pair usually do the work and they know what extra to look for. Cleaning includes floors, dusting, picking up the trash, bathrooms, kitchen, office and other rooms. They probably do even more. They are friendly and personable. They are very trustworthy. I have never found anything that raised suspicion. They often do extra like wash my clothes and clean the refrigerator. They have also done the patio and special cleaning. I do not thoroughly inspect the home after they leave. If they did miss something I would find it sooner or later. I rarely do. They even return all cleaning supplies.

They worked by the clock not by the job.

Barbara came out and talked with me before we hired her on. She appeared sincere, professional, and honest. Someone I quickly felt we could trust in our home. She and her team have proven all that to be true. We have been very pleased with her services and would recommend her to anyone who asked.

Provider came three times with two different helpers. The second helper was new to the business. A bracket on the vacuum got broken.. She has her own cleaning products and her own method of cleaning. She prefers to use her own lightweight vacuum, rather than a vac. with a HEPA filter. If that works for someone, then she should be fine. She was uncomfortable following my guidelines and using the products I use. (For ex.: I don't use Murphy's Oil Soap on wood floors. I use hot soapy water and vinegar with a good dose of elbow grease for most cleaning. Some of the area rugs I have can't be vacuumed with the agitator on. One bathroom requires special cleaners and polishes to prevent mineral buildup. ). She requested that I write down the guidelines in detail. She herself didn't appear to read or follow the notes. Her helper read them and followed them. During the first cleaning, I pointed out some areas that needed further attention (marks on stainless steel appliances) and she was defensive and skeptical. Then I showed her how I clean it - hot soapy water and elbow grease and polished with a microfiber cloth. When I contacted her to confirm the fourth cleaning, she told me that the second helper and a stranger would be coming. She then told me that she would be out of town for the next few winter months. I feel that it was unprofessional not to let me know that she would be absent. I prefer to use service providers who are upfront and ask permission before scheduling a stranger to be in my home. I needed someone who could follow the notes/instructions outlined.

Barbara and her team are fantastic! I don't know what I would do without them!
