Description of Work: I ordered a replacement table top for a table. Service was prompt and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that the sales rep pushed me towards a thicker piece of glass which turned out to not be necessary at all but certainly cost me more.

+ -1 moreLack of professionalism, timeliness, and coordination between office staff and installers/design. Management of shop has no clue as to what is or is not going on under their noses. Lots of excuses, no answers.
Description of Work: I contacted this company to install a glass backsplash over painted walls in my kitchen. Tempered glass was to be ordered and installed. Initial measurements in May, 2012. Designer did not like how the countertaps came up against the walls, so countertops were adjusted to his specifications. Then after repeated phone calls, design guy came back out and took measurements to order. He had to be called 3 times to come back out. I sent him back with his measurements and a check for $1,000. After 3 weeks, no glass. Design guy has been fired, shop can't tell me if the glass has been ordered. I talked to General Manager last Thursday, who assured me I would receive a return status call on Friday. Nothing. Called again today, owner refuses to speak with me, accountant is sending me a refund.

+ -1 morePeggy was great. I called in for a quote and receive a prompt call back with the details. The technician who came out to measure and to create the templates for the glass was terrific, very knowledgable. Everything ordered was delivered and installed on time. Would most definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Purchased glass tops for bedroom furniture , kitchen table and glass door for stereo unit.

Description of Work: Replaced glass in two windows that could not be reached from the inside of the house. Had to use a ladder to reach windows near roof of garage. Efficient with estimate and work done.

+ -1 moreIt went very well except that the window frame around the arch window was scratched while it was being removed. Thomas Glass service manger Vinny Buffum assured me they would take care of the damage and they did. About 10 days later, a painter contracted by Thomas Glass, Cal Zimmerman, came to touch up the scratches. He did great job. The windows and the frames look great.
Description of Work: Thomas Glass replaced 2 insulated glass windows in my home. One is a regular rectangle window and above it is an arched window. The service man, John, was very contentious, courteous and professional. The project was completed in 3 hours.

+ -1 moreTOOK RUBBER PIECE OUT THAT KEEPS THE WATER FROM RUNNING OUT. IT LOOKS TORN ABOUT AN INCH, AND IT IS NO LONGER A GOOD FIT. THEIR RESPONSE SEEMED AS IF THEY DIDNT CARE.
